I watched it , finished now,.I say the 4 people at the yung are no better than the evil spirits portrayed in the…
They are not evil, but they are not good either... It is true that they don't go around killing people, but sometimes (most of the times) they worry more about their obviously self established rules for their own convenience than then common good... and yes, they think they are better than everyone, starting by the old lady that abandoned the boy while one of the strongest evil spirits is going after him because "he was not worth it"...
I guess I will have to do the same I did with episode 12... I will wait until next week to make sure if they break up or not, and then I will decide if I watch it or not...
My boy Gu Won spends all his time chasing Sa Rang's skirt, basically does no work at all yet comes out with a…
I don't think he is wasting time or doing nothing. The scenes show us when he is not working, but he seems to work a lot based on the few scenes they have shown him working. About the plan, he was away for years, so I am sure he was working towards his plans while he was aboard.

You can hate this one and that's your right, but I think is better to enjoy the "Romance" and "Comedy" as the main things for this one! and watch melodramas for that feel of angst many of you may like!
Thank you!! I appreciate Rom Coms with just small amounts of drama with quick solution. A light plot deep enough to be interesting, but not deep enough to become stressful... I strongly believe that melodrama should work in the same way, falling in their own category for those that enjoy angst and a deeper plot with a no so predictable story or mandatory happy ending if that is what you like...

The ML is not a bad person, but is still getting on my nerves by episode 18..!
The ex-parents in law, bother me because they think they have the right... nevermind, they think they own the ML, but he does not help, since he is part of the problem!
I want to like the male lead, but he is getting on my nerves...
He is finally developing feeling for the female lead, and while I understand that he is still not over his dead wife... It has been 5 years man! Why do you feel guilty or responsible to the point where he has to sell his soul to the in laws... the controlling and weird in laws...
A great drama, very low on angst in comparison to other dramas of this size. The leads were 'casually dating'…
I know this happen often! There is always a extremely rude and controlling elder, who is later forgiven because they get sick or something... But I do not think this justifies their actions!
They did not lost their only daughter... they lost one daughter since they seem to have another one, who they disregard most of the time.
I do not agree with cutting them from their grandchildren lives, but I completely agree with removing them from a control position over the lives of the male lead and his family.
I believe that from the beginning he should have provided for them when needed, and he should have visited with the kids every now and then, and that should be more than enough...

The "No Break Up", "Low Angst" and the whole thing about the two leads uniting their families is what is driving me with this one!
I loved "Golden Bride" because contrary to too many other dramas that end when the leads get "officially" together, or get married, "Golden Bride" is only starting which is refreshing!
And, maybe it is for the same reason that I like "Golden Bride" that I am interested in this one, since I want to see more of the actual relationship! but additionally, it is good to escape for a moment the childish and stupid nonsense problem of the 20 year old main leads in other shows...

I am on episode 5 now! and I will watch this one for sure!
I am not concerned about the melodrama, since a lot of people say that it is not heavy, and I guess it helps that what others may call dramatic or tense moments are disguised as comedy for now! like the situation with the cheater ex-husband and the controlling previous in-laws.
I know for sure that the previous in-laws will upset me, because they think they own the male lead, and to make it worse he is still trying to keep his promise with his dead wife to take care of them, and maybe even feels responsible for them. What I do not like about that is that while they will always be grandparents, and related to him, he should be free to live his life and take care of them by providing and paying a visit every now and then... but I guess I am ready to fast forward and skip them anytime now!
