If Dramaland has shown me something is that true love can start in a second! The connection between the main couple is deeper even with only a few months of knowing each other and you can see it from the way she looks at him to her own words saying that she can be herself around him. I feel like episode 9 will work in this direction because having ML step away should help her taste what she would lose if he is completely gone from her life, and what's more, that SML would never be able to fill the void in her heart (love) or their little family. The problem is that ML is still a wimp because he is not leaving out of self respect, but just pulling the noble sacrifice trope.

Most dramas expect the male lead to be a saint willing to be humiliated and harmed to somehow demonstrate their sincerity. Funny how you disqualy rating the show low because people don't like it when that's the whole point of rating... it would be bad if someone likes it, but still rage this low, but if people don't like something for any reason, then they are justified.

I find it hard to believe that this guy would have no objections on wanting to be in a relationship with FL even when she is the guardian of a kid now. If dramas have shown me something is that single people usually run away from divorced people or people with kids like they have the plague or something, but suddenly this guy is willing to become a step father for a girl that he flirted with 7 years ago...

That's what I've observed. We have seen this trope before, and we know what the result will be, since being able to experience the illusion with all the restrictions it carries including that she has to pretend in order to fit that illusion and about to face how it feels to lose what fills her heart and brings her comfort should move things along, but I still hope that things move quickly in their relationship, since the father issues, raising the baby and their careers alone should be more than enough to carry the last 4 episodes without the need of extending the love triangle anymore.

I agree with you. It is obvious that FL likes ML, which makes it even more of a nuisance that she went on that date because it felt superficial at best

Instead of behaving like a lost teenager trapped in the expectations of the past, she should have found herself having to grow up now that she is a mother figure and reject the advances of SML and even ML because she doesn't have time for dating, but for work and taking care/providing for her now son. They could have had the other guy trying but her keeping her distance while slowly falling for ML, while still not opening up completely because raising the kid is more important until she figures out that she can be a great mother figure and love ML, because he is the father figure in this family anyway...

If the writers were smart enough, and wanted to drag the main leads getting together too early, I have a better suggestion than the stupid love triangle...

Let's hope that this one can become a no break up gem!

Yes, it was extremely easy to either leave the love triangle out, or close it in two to three episodes with a bit of character development for FL instead of this continuous mess that could live us with a classic only the last 5 minutes happy ending...
