She even denied the kid's existence to appear single and available, followed by spending most of her time working away from home and with SML, and allowing this stranger to introduce himself in the life of a vulnerable kid that needs care and most definitely not a weird guy playing nice only because he wants a piece of the cake...

I agree on your analysis of ML. He is depicted as the better healthier option because he is willing to wait and give her space, but the problem is that the girl is a pushover and the other guy is person with bad intentions taking advantage of her, so the girl must snap out of it, but ML also has to wake up and value himself more, and if he wants the girl, go for the girl.

I was never going to be able to watch that because Love Triangles are just for masochists...

These writers are just lazy, and try to keep selling the actors visuals for people that only watch dramas to see beautiful people instead of immersing themselves in the story and enjoy the true love coming true between two people, which is the main thing for a romance, for the main couple to be together, and there is whatever plot is chosen to give something to open, develop and conclude to a story that again is ultimately about the main couple getting together and getting their happy ever after, what otherwise would be a sad ending or a completely different genre.

Well, not for me. I don't like love triangles, but like other tropes and cliches, some stories allow them and they can even serve some purpose like helping the main characters realize that they like each other through jealousy, character development, plot device and more, but more times than what it needs to be, it is used to just introduce angst to the story and drag the whole main couple getting together. I can see how a love triangle can work towards character development in this one, since FL needs to learn how to stop being a pushover and also needs to learn what true love is versus a 7 year old crush and just following the expectations of what she called herself a perfect guy at the cost of hurting the one that really cares for her and herself by giving away her soul, since she looks happy on the outside when interacting with SML, but cannot even be herself because she doesn't feel comfortable with the intruder. All this to say that I understand the love triangle, but what I don't understand is why they made the love triangle here to almost become the main plot and last for so long in a story with an actual plot and where the FL's character development should be showing improvement by now, which means that the love triangle ultimately has failed bringing the main couple together, developing FL or adding anything at all to the plot.

I insist that this is a weird way to bring some very unhealthy fantasies to life. This is not cute, but selfish for girls to wish for the super perfect two or more perfect bachelors that would fight to death for her, or wait a whole live regardless on how they could literally be with any other girl usually with better attributes because these girls in the love triangles are always as simple and as basic as they can be, and that's on purpose. However, this is a horrible fantasy, because the men feelings are not important, and this drama is a perfect example, since she obviously likes ML, but somehow she just decides to disregard his confession while whishing to keep his attention, his ear and his help while she explores and allows the advances of another guy at the cost of opening all kind of wounds for someone that was abandoned and has been honest. The point is that Love Triangle are cruel and say too many times serve no real purpose for these stores.

I don't think it is, but I also think that it is still redeemable. The girl going on a date with the guy and letting him do whatever he wants was the last drop, but there is still hope. The problem is that things need to start changing towards the main couple like right now, or their romance will just be a disaster.

We are supposed to understand that she is young, and this is all necessary for her to see and differentiate an old crush that is the better option on paper from actual love born from care and simply being able to be yourself and free... but I understand that it is hard to when the girl is a pushover and the other guy takes full advantage of that...

I don't want to believe that the writers would be so cruel that they would have ML left alone after finding a family again with FL and the kid. Others will say that he can still be co-parent, even if she dates the other guy, but the other guy is not a good person and would isolate the poor girl and push our ML out. Again, I find hard to believe that the writers would be so cruel to pull something like that for a guy that was abandoned twice and that has shown he genuinely care for his new family and that really likes FL, which would make a perfect family with the kid, which would be the opposite with FL, SML and the kid, since he has no connection to the baby and if you ask me, his love is not sincere, at least not beyond a memory of what could've been... The writers must wrap that up soon, and I would hope that in episode 9, but I am afraid that they would drag this at least until episode 10... (let's hope that they show us mercy and episode 9 is the one).

The main couple has had their moments and there has been enough sparks between them. The problem is that the love triangle is over the top. The Fl has demonstrated that she likes ML and feels good by his side, but then the love triangle overshadows the whole thing because she is practically dating the guy while she makes the actual person that she has feelings now, and not a relic from the past, is suffering yet once again while he looks how he is being abandoned and left behind all over again.

Another problem is that I imagine that both main leads will end up together, and we are supposed to understand her because she need to go through almost having a formal relationship with SML before she can realize that even if SML gives her the universe, it will be nothing compared with just ML's company, but in reality we could end up with a rushed relationship without proper development, which we need to get immersed in their romance... I personally hate whenever you are watching a "romance" show and the actual romance only happens in the last episode or so...

He has been annoying since Episode 3

My theory is one or two things. The first one is that these writers are just lazy and prefer to use a formula that has worked a thousand times in the past instead of writing an actual plot with good character development; and second, simply dragging to literally irritate the viewers and generate traffic because positive or negative reviews count to the raw numbers even when the actual ratings may suffer in the process.

If he has any purpose was for the female lead to be able to compare from an old and superficial crush to the real thing and the answer should be obvious by now. The guy serves no purpose on this show.

I am sure that the main leads will end up together. I know because the writers are pulling the obvious delusion versus actual love in the form of caring and being yourself. I also believe that there is little to no time to tie all lose ends with the unnecessary love triangle, but it is beyond obvious that she likes ML from the way she looks at him to her own words saying that she can be comfortable and herself with ML. I have seen this trope in other dramas where the feelings of the girl are priority so they allow the males to suffer holding up to hope until the girl finally realizes what true love is and not holding on to the past or pure appearances, or social pressure or straight up what they think is the best but it is obviously not. I don't blame her for everything since her sin is being a pushover while SML takes advantage and does whatever it is he wants taking also advantage of the ML behavior that gave her her own space, space that SML forces himself into. Let's hope for the best and that they don't waste more time, or the show could become a tremendous failure.

She doesn't help with that attitude, since she is the only one who can put a stop to the guy she doesn't even like anymore and it is obvious by now to everyone but her and maybe her friend as well. You can tell for the things she says and even how she looks at one and the other, that the one is ML, but she just doesn't do anything about it...

I have seen a lot hate for FL and SML, but how about FL's friend? She is not helping at all! Whenever FL has doubts the friend makes things worse...
