I love the ML tone of voice—calculated boredom with a hint of insolence. Every line he uttered in the beginning episodes was an indirect insult, even the song/poem he made up for the children to sing.
His brother, the Crown Prince, OTOH, had that menacing pleasantness of a snake. His voice was soft and slithering and words dripped with poison when he addressed those around him (except when he did his act in front of 2FL and daddy).

Just conjectures of the DRAMA: I think drama 2ML is going to turn dark. Maybe 2FL will marry Evil Bro out of heartbreak and will turn dark (LOL). Hopefully no ML "forced" to marry her trope. The Princess-turned-Concubine will grow up and later gain her "freedom." The Xiyan Three Day Death Special will appear again. More "whip" cream (a girl could only hope....)
