I thought I was the only one who through that. Love his soft-spoken tone. He is completely different as compared to the beginning. I love the character development in him.

I hope you can find another show to your liking. I for one think the FL and ML are doing a great job expressing themself. Their relationship is mutually dependable on each other. They are mature, respectful, understanding, and that is very refreshing. Yang Zi and Xu Kai are doing great job portraiting the characters and their development. Along the way they found love with each other and their chemistry through the drama (at least up to now) have been on fire. Of cause, you have your opinion and that is mines.

The water throwing part was reflecting the irrational of the employee. He thought she wouldn't accomplish anything when she took over and didn't adhere to her authority. MCH fired him and he probably felt embarrassed and that is his way of getting the attention off him. This happens to a lot of people when their pride is targeted. That doesn't mean the writer is playing up negative emotions.

She has self-remorse later on in the drama and became more motherly.

I love how mature Xu Kai and Yang Zi fans behave in this broadcast. It is so nice to watch a drama without attacks..

The older generation don't always treat their daughters fairly, hearing the mother say the stuffs she endured during her childhood, I can understand a little bit more why she is so controlling of her daughter. She doesn't want her daughter to suffer the same faith as her. She is starting to learn to let go and I applaud her for that. The performance between Yang Zi and He Sai Fei was top notch.

I think the brother and her best friend are so cute together

And vis versa, the best thing YZM did was to go back to Shanghai, and he deserves to have a perfect girlfriend like MCH.

Opposites attract. The mother needs a partner like the father. Otherwise, it would be disaster waiting to happen.

I always want Yang Zi and Xu Kai to pair up, but I never thought I would love them together this much.

I had butterflies in my stomach when I was watching them staring at each other in the swing and couldn't stop smiling.

YZM looked pretty upset when the mother told him they will be buying a new place. It seems like he enjoyed them there and be his family, which was one thing he was lacking.

The funny thing is I dropped she and her perfect husband during the broadcast. I just started again and give it a second go.
