Just like any relationship it's not easy pursuing someone taking into account that Thyme doesn't have any experience, which his sister told Gorya that she has never seen her brother chase anyone. Also, when it comes to him being hesitant on stopping the bullying, he was confused on his feelings for her even though he liked her the moment that she stood up to him. Again, this goes back to him having lack of experience on what love is, cause his mother isn't nurturing the way that a mother should. When it comes to his status at the school, it doesn't matter because he comes from the most powerful family in Thailand, so who would dare stand up to him? Which is why he fell for Gorya because she was the only one and she stood her ground.

She is not changing them, which I do hate that message especially to women that "our job is to simply change a man." All the F4 members have this toxic mindset when it comes to their lives, which because their rich they think they have to comply with the life that their parents have in store for them. Which Gorya told 1st Ren that if you are not happy with something instead of sulking around about it, do something about it.

3. Hmmm... actually I'm not really keen with the message of this drama, like we need to grow up (but what does grow up means?) and doing things for greater good (but the way they deliver it is very very preachy)

The message of this drama including the other versions and original is not to grow up. There are many messages in this drama. However, the whole growing up thing was for Thyme to realize that he is not a kid no more and his mother is going to soon want him to marry who she chooses and so now it's his job to pursue someone that HE (HIMSELF) is genuinely in love with. Which all of the members are childish not just Thyme because Kavin as yet to stop his playboy ways. As for doing things for the greater good, Kavin, Mj, and Thyme even though they do things with good intentions they just go about it the wrong way. Which this comes from the fact that because they are rich, they don't know how to do things the right way.
I tried to answer some of your questions to my best of my ability.

To be honest, I agree with everything you said. I don't understand the obsession that people have with the whole "Second Male Lead syndrome". It's very annoying because it just drops the bar for what we expect out of men. It's always because "he is nice to the female lead" as if people don't deserve to be treated kindly unless otherwise. Furthermore, most second male leads are trash, and nobody says nothing about it. Because they are nice and of course handsome. As someone who understand/ knows about HYD (BOF) lore, Ren isn't much of a second male lead. He really isn't much of an option for Gorya the way I see it from watching the 2005 Japanese ver. Of course, in that version the shoving doesn't happen, but he does still get mad. When I saw that scene, it made me feel that the director might just have wanted to add some layers to his personality as he is not "perfect" and does have emotions. Since as a child, he didn't get upset with Thyme when he broke his favorite doll. Now, Ren leaving to go chase Mira to France was his biggest down fall. Because, when Ren starts having feelings for Gorya, she is going to already be in love with Thyme. Since he left it gave Thyme and her a chance to get closer and get to know each other better. Furthermore, Gorya is going to have a moment where she gets confused on how she feels at one point. But it will all make sense in the end.

She said that because her plan was to get Gorya and Ren together. She knew that Gorya or maybe Ren was interested in each other. Furthermore, she was going to consider her plan in leaving to go to France.

No, it wasn't just rumors that's why Gorya's boss told her to go after him now that Mira's out the way, making him available.

I watched the original and in all the other versions, which the Thai version follows mostly the 2005 Japanese version so far. Ren/Rui/ji hoo was dating Mira/shizuka/ min seo Hyun. In the Thai version, the three mean girls who bully Gloria made that clear.

Mira and Ren were actually boyfriend/girlfriend, but because she decided to go to France for her studies to become a lawyer is when they broke up. Which is why he reacts the way he did when she revealed her plans to leave Thailand and become a lawyer.

I agree, people should really stop comparing the others to the original because it's the original source material. If anything, they should compare the adaptations to the original to see if it holds weight. Because the Korean verson (in my opinion) was terrible and a very bad depiction of what the original story was trying to convey (message wise). Furthermore, it was really toxic. Also, Jun Matsumoto played Domyoji well and I don't think we should compare the cast acting ability to the Thai verson since their characters are obviously written differently as well as the plot with different elements added. So far, both the Japanese, Chinese (2018), and Thai versions are the best.

It's funny, because I said the same thing. And I didn't like wei wei's friend Er Xi because she basically got mad at wei wei for no reason due to the fact he had mistook her for wei wei and started crying. When it had nothing to do with her and it wasn't clearly her fault. I would never let a guy ruin my friendship. Especially, when he had feelings for my friend and was going to extreme measures to get her.

First off, he offended someone who could have been gay themselves. And yes it does matter if someone if factual right then it wouldn't be no such thing as being right or correct. Also, the person could have worded himself better rather than offending someone. Also, his opinion could wrongfully spread misinformation. Which you can't look gay or straight when it comes to someone's sexuality. And you can't tell someone how to feel, it was clear that the person was offended.

I agree, I feel like when it comes down to things. Nabi needs to find herself as a person instead of being in a relationship with someone. And DH needs to spend time trying to get to know her. Jae eon, he needs to be in a relationship with someone who wants the same type of relationship as him. Because, its obvious that Nabi wants an exclusive relationship. But, she is attached to the idea of passion instead of an actual healthy yet stable relationship.

Yes, I think we can all agree to that. I want to see him in both modern day and historical drama's. And, he needs to have more main roles. They out here wasting my man's talent. 😊😂

Yeah, I had re-watched the episode and I think what she said was more like, because your mother made bad decisions is how we got you (Nabi) a wonderful person. I don't think that she was saying for Nabi to make the same mistakes as her mother but more so that you can great a better person out of it. Since, Nabi is nothing like her mother.

I disagree with you, I understand what you're saying but for a drama that is displaying realistic views on what modern day love is, it does have a place in this drama. Their is a reason as to why the bad advice is being displayed numerous times throughout dramas/webtoon. A lot of writer's do tend to write about things that they (themselves) have experience or gone through which gives them ideas for how the plot should go or how certain characters should act or be. These cliques or tropes come from somewhere, including the bad advice that she gave Na Bi. Because, a lot of us was giving bad advice from our parents, friends, or grandparents that they themselves learned from somewhere and passed it down thinking it was good advice.
