In the novel everything is blatant the real cirrus has a scar while the Cirrus from the parallel would doesn't thats how come in Cirrus "dream" in the series. The "dark Cirrus" Phu knew that the real Cirrus was not his Cirrus due to his scar on his forehead. Also, Phu misunderstood what Cirrus said he said that they were lovers in a parallel world, which they are. However, Phu mistook it as him saying that he is from a parallel world.
Cirrus is a nuanced to character, sometimes in life nothing is ever black or white. Yes, Cirrus maybe lying (I don't think he is) however that doesn't excuse the fact that his freedom is numbered. Yes, he may have gotten with Phu under false pretenses again that doesn't excuse the fact that he is desperate to be with the person that he wishes to be with and not be engaged to a woman. The important thing that I got out of his "confession" is that yes he is unable to tell Phu the truth however he is strong enough to go up against the woman who is abusing him and coming in between what could be a beautiful relationship. No matter how this ends, at least I can respect the fact that he had the courage to tell Phu what the situation was with his family. If I was in Phu situation, I would be upset for being lied to however I would understand the intentions or the motives of him lying.

"Black Cir" is not his sub-conscious, he is one of Cirrus's many selves in the parallel universe, Mame said that their are 5. He is giving Cirrus basic advice about telling Phu the truth since even though he is in a different world, he has his Phu and that a different path could lead to a different future. "Black Cir" is right that Cirrus needs to tell Phu the truth and stop being a coward.

She hates him because she is upset that his father her ex husband had the guts to ask for a divorce, so she is using Cirrus her son as a weapon. Cirrus's father wanted to have 50/50 custody of both him and his younger brother however that would leave her by herself and she wanted to get back at her ex husband as well. The custody battle went in her favor because she has more power than her ex husband. To put it plainly, she is controlling and very self centered since she is controlling every piece of Cirrus's life.

I like Noeul's character here too along with their relationship dynamic since Phu is the dominant in the relationship unlike Rain. However, I do think that Rain has more depth the issue is that Mame didn't do Love storm justice unlike in the book. Rain had a lot of issues internally and externally that contributes to his actions along with Phayu.
In the original novel, yes, cirrus made a made up story out of guilt for not having the courage to pursue Phu. however, he himself didn't know that what he was saying was true. They are two cirrus's in the novel, so I wouldn't agree that Mame made the parallel world real so she couldn't receive backlash when again cirrus isn't a stalker in the traditional sense. To be honest, Mame doesn't care what anyone thinks of her series because at the end of the day Thai people are gonna eat it up and thses are things that are popular in Thailand at the time. I don't know if you listened to the ost but the series is basically about faith. Phu and Cirrus are destined to be together.

In this case with The boy next world, the reason why cirrus and Phu's relationship is different rather than their names, homes, habits, likes and dislikes etc... is because in the trailer Phu from the parallel world asked Cirrus from his world if he had ever thought about a life where they didn't know each other. Also, a parallel universe is a theory on after life in the same way that many think that we may be reincarnated, heaven and hell, purgatory and nirvana. Also, not everything is the same Cirrus and Phu from the parallel world dated since high school and Phu is not "innocent". While the Phu that we know hasn't dated anyone and is "innocent". If you haven't already please read the novel.

I would suggest giving it a watch because Mame did say that she added stuff but we are not sure what she added/changed from the novel. Also, from what I noticed already this will be from Cir's perspective unlike in the novel where its from Phu's perspective. Give it a watch and if you don't like it, you can drop it.
