P'Payu really hits different with that mechanic uniform π₯΅
Yasss...and the dark blue shirt he been wearing in all of the episodes. it's so tight that it be exposing his built muscles π€ π³ At this point, I agree with Rain, we must see him in a doctor and pilot uniform asap.
I feel like I'm the only one who likes love sky more. Like I have nothing against payu and rain but their story…
To clarify nobody hates Sky and Prapai's story, I feel like hate is a very strong word to use. However, I feel as though their chemistry is lacking as that is what most is complaining about since Rain and Phayu has very strong chemistry on and off camera because both the actors are close in real life and have no problem doing skinship. Furthermore, I don't think its right to compare the couples since they are different books however MAME decided to combine their stories for some reason. I do feel as though Sky and Prapai's story is boring for me personally however I'd definitly watch it.
Now, I don't care for Praipai and Sky's story because of the story itself, I seen characters like Praipai so many times in Asian dramas. I can say the same for Phayu however he stands out because he isn't a playboy or worse F-boy. From day one, he knew that he took interest in Rain and went to pursue him from the start. And his way of doing it was very funny to watch, not to mention his and Rain's personality clashing since Rain is very bratty. Which is something that turns him on and why he fell for him in the first place. Furthermore, Rain and Phayu's relationship dymanic is one of dom/brat which is interesting as they sometimes act like parent/child in the way that they talk. Moreover, they have such a love for each other that can be seen as lust but also act rather innocent (their is a duality within their relationship) and can I mention the kinks. Lastly, I like how Phayu and Rain's story doesn't contain angst. I think we need a balance of a more bubbly, cute, lovey-dovey story like theirs that doesn't contain a lot of angst or even misunderstandings.
This is just opinion, however I still don't think that people should compare.
The actor playing phayu looks amazing .i dnt care much about looks but he reminds me of beautiful manga characters. But…
I agree that phayu (Boss) he does look cute. I am also not the type to care much about looks either. However, I do think their acting was good and for the most part I think Phayu and Rain had chemistry seeing as they have the same relationship off camera and is comfortable with each other.
BossNouel public display of affection is making me sick! Wanna know why? Those two have no respect for the single…
I agree, Like in my head I be wanting to fly all the way to Thailand to tell them to go get a room. Because they just be so damn disrespectful as if everyone can find a partner that quickly. Not to mention, it wasn't even their public display of affection but rather them expressing how they met, what clothes each other was wearing and how it was destiny that made them come together. Like, Have mercy on us single folks.
If you think this, how tf did you make it all the way to episode ten? Itβs giving pick me π
Honestly, you should know whether you like a show or not by the 5th episode. Or better yet know what you don't like or what you like. Because I'm not going to watch a show that I know that I'm not going to like. End of story.
I guess it is the only story, when I am happy with reading a novel and knowing their story. I feel like I am understanding…
Yes! I feel as though where they dropped the ball at was not making the show longer or possibly just separating the couples stories instead of making it one whole show. Furthermore, they changed/ shorted some of the scenes from the novel which I think would have been interesting if they kept it the same and they took out a lot of moments that would have been sweet, romantic, and original that I have not seen much in BL's.
Is there a different director for Love Storm and Love Sky ? because the editing is really weird. There were some…
No, When I started this series I also had no expectations considering that this is my first time watching all the actors in this show and most of them are newly upcoming actors anyways. After watching the trailers, everyone was so happy/excited for Praipai and Sky (which I was too). However, when the show finally aired I was so not expecting Rain and Payu's arc to be good since we barely gotten much of them (spoilers) in the trailers. Not to mention, they do change some of the scenes from in the trailer as well. Now that we are in Praipai and Sky's arc, I do feel as though something is missing and my first theory is that they are trying to ride off of Boss and Neoul's natural chemistry. I noticed in the BTS and special clips they use the same jokes or flirting pick up lines as Boss and Neoul. Its as though they don't have nothing of their own as a couple pick up lines or jokes. Secondly, it doesn't feel as though they are close with each other the way that Boss and Neoul is. Which is not an issue however you can feel it within their story.
To be honest, it's not really that simple. Most of BL's including Love in the air have been adapted from a novel.…
I agree with everything you said, I was just adding another perspective to your point. Because doing BL's as an actor isn't all sunshine and rainbows. You can always tell the ones who do it for fame/money versus one's who do because they genuinely like it.
Yeah, I don't really get these people. Architecture students have a lot of work and they have no free time. I…
exactly, to add to your point. I don't think many our even considering why Sky is making a lot of his choices when it comes to Praipai because their first time together may have not been a good one on Sky's end however it was not forced. Sky did take an interest in Praipai however him asking for sex is what turned him off and that's what triggered his trauma. At the end of the day, Sky and Praipai do not know each other hence why Praipai is trying to understand him even if it means going to Rain for information. Sky is judging Praipai off of that one bad encounter and not understanding that one can change.
Yeah, I don't really get these people. Architecture students have a lot of work and they have no free time. I…
My point is context matters, if I was in Sky's shoes I wouldn't have been mad because he didn't have choice. which why I explained the whole entire scene with context instead of just saying "oh, he is a bad friend because he gave Sky's number to a random." I understand the reasoning why he did it and it wasn't for malicious intent nor was he trying to be a bad friend. if he was he would have just gave it to him without hesitation nor would he recognize thar he shouldn't have done hence why i Said he promised Sky he would help with all his projects.
Yeah, I don't really get these people. Architecture students have a lot of work and they have no free time. I…
he didn't want to give Praipai his number which is why he asked him to give him his stuff. but Praipai was admitted about wanting Sky's number and wanting to give him his "stuff". Also, Praipai threatened Payu of not leaving his house so that he could spend time with Rain. Then Payu glanced at Rain for him to just give him what he wants. Rain knew he was wrong which is why he promised sky he would help him with all his projects in return.
Unrelated to Love in the Air, Am I the only one noticing a bunch of new Bls releasing in the coming months and…
To be honest, it's not really that simple. Most of BL's including Love in the air have been adapted from a novel. Furthermore, it's hard for people like Boss or Noeol who are newly actor to get on. Even Bright (2gether) he had a hard time despite 2gether being the show that popped off for him. For Bright, 2gether wasn't his first show but again it was the one that made his career start off and he was now under gmmtv. sometimes, it's the company that you're under and sometimes it's the shows that you get handed. Because, Bl's are what's in and not non-bl's if that makes sense and I just think it's nor about the greed but the idea of just want success. it's really easy for an actor to be typed casted especially in the Bl genre.
I haven't been on here for a while but I see everyone talking about Rain giving the Key to Prapai and leaving…
I don't think Rain wouldn't be able to handle a more emotional Sky. The way I look at it, he has never seen Sky like that hence Rain doesn't know Sky is gay or that Praipai was pursuing him. Sky has kept a lot from Rain. However, i think that he isn't experienced especially with dealing with Sky's situations (if you know what I mean *wink* *wink*)
since a lot of people already commented on the great acting and the story, i'd share a diff opinion --> i hope…
Actually, it is most logical for Rain to have p'pai take care of Sky. Also, Rain did not call p'pai, Pai had called sky's phone but because he was sick and unconscious rain had answered the phone and told p'pai that sky was sick. Furthermore, Rain couldn't take care of him because he had an assignment due that other students had to turn in as well. Not to mention, sky didn't want to go to the hospital which would have been the best option. Moreover, the other friends are not Sky's friend, the only friend of sky's is Rain.
Exactly ,,LOL. At first , there is NO PLOT. 2nd ML are not good in acting like they are just reading script, 3rd…
I did read your comment as a joke, but when you commented it my mind reflected back to the novel π It would be interesting if he couldn't get out of the bed the next day π
