I'm to watch the last 2 episodes today and I will for sure miss the drama. There was never a dull moment. A lot of twists and turns. The age gap didn't disturb me and AiMi turned 18. The role was written for a teenager in mind and AiMi played the role so well, one totally forgets she was still only 17. However, AiMi also is a child star and has lots of experience when it comes to acting and both of the leads supported each other on set. The chemistry was there despite no kissing scene, and whilst I thought at first this to be a flaw in the drama, I now think it was indeed well directed with no need for a kiss. (But hoping in the future there could be another romance drama with the same leads . Lol). I loved it all: story, OST, production, directing, acting, costumes, fight scenes , intrigues, emotional connection, supporting cats, you name it. 😊
I just started watching this drama and it's very heartfelt. I'm only on episode 2, but feel the pain a lowly slave in the joseon era must have suffered. They only were considered being a property and nothing else. So far the drama started off on an emotional note. Edit: I now finished all the 30 episodes and it was a great drama. It really draw you into the storyline and making you feel part of the Hong family. The chemistry between the leads was a bit lacking for me, but everything else was keeping my attention.

Yeah. She acted in a few dramas I had watched and liked her a lot. Couldn't believe when they said she is a minor. Lol. Glad she is an adult now and can start female lead roles
