I don't know If anyone noticed that Shen Luo didn't learned how to swim she was able to swim thanks…
The ending did remind me of Goblin too. I knew it was the best ending they could have gotten (logically, atleast), but from a fan's point-of-view, I just wanted them to end up together.
Sorry to say this again, but you should mark it as spoiler :)
What??? That ending? WHAT? I'M SO CONFUSED??!?! WHAT!?!?!? So like I think what hapened was Shen Luo tried…
I don't have answers to any of your questions aside from the "Why did the pearl suddenly become physical". That wasn't the spiritual pearl. The was a single tear that Wu Julan shed, (before disappearing) that turned into a pearl.
The ending was so so disappointing!
I can't believe that they will kill me with that shit ending Okay i know now i need to work my fantasy ending…
Who can blame you? I'm doing the same. In my imagination, it ended a lot differently.
Btw, you both should mark your comments as spoiler. They give away the ending.
Hi,Thanks for your review. I plan to watch this after Eternal Love. But what do you mean by disappointing ending?…
Hi!
The series has 32 episodes, each of about 40 minutes. It's on Viki.
As for the ending, it's more of an open ending, but it can be considered as sad.
The ending isn't shown very clear. It's rather abrupt, so much so that you don't exactly understand what happened.
In simpler terms of them ending together, sadly they didn't.
But I'd still advice you to watch it (that is, if you want to), cause everything upto last episode is really good. I'm not a big fan of tragic/sad endings myself, but I can honestly say that I enjoyed this drama.
Do tell me if you decide to give it a chance!
ARE.YOU.FREAKING.KIDDING.ME?
What was with the ending? I'm not even sure I get it. How come he still died (?) even after she kissed him? How can they leave us hanging like this?!!
God, I wanted to be interested in this (b/c hello, handsome merman!?) but I just cannot get past the weird overdubbed…
If my information is correct, In C-dramas, the actors coming from different areas/ nation have different accents/languages (like Bea Hayden is from Taiwan). So to sort of uniform-ize those, they use voice actors to dub the voice of the characters.
Honestly, this is my 2nd Cdrama and believe me, you get used to it. It's only a bit weird at first, then you don't notice it, unless you focus on it too much.
If you're interested, you should definitely give this a chance!
Ugly Duckling: The Perfect Match
U Prince: The Lovely Geologist
I think maybe he was referring to Lu Li?
