Shooting wraps up next month and rumor has it that the show will air at the beginning of next year (Take this with a grain of salt). We'll have to learn how to 'cultivate' patience XD

There has been lots of debate going on with Mo Ran regarding his evil-doing as Taxian Jun within the (Chinese) danmei fandom alone. Once the drama airs, we would have a wider range of audiences, and people wouldn't be as lenient anymore. Rongjiu's existence in the drama would be a stain on Mo Ran's character and could potentially heat up a lot of debate and controversy. It's not 100% certain his character has been eliminated though.

Think of the gender switch as a means for HYX to pass censorship smoother.

Reading the novel while listening to the official theme song makes me tear up every time. I sincerely hope and trust that Anyu, Chengcheng, and Shengdi will do their roles justice.

Yes, I've read all three books of MXTX's, and I've also read/watched MDZS's manhua, donghua, and live action. Currently listening to MDZS's audio drama and watching TGCF and SVSSS's donghua.

To be frank, I still don't know how to take it. It's really difficult to separate HFS from YL because I still squeal whenever I rewatch YL scenes in HnG. I know HFS is trash, so I'm trying my best to distract myself with other dramas and hopefully move on. It will probably take months for me to completely get rid of this whole trash out of my mind. Time will heal.
