Because he deserves to be treated like one. He was in an emotionally abusive relationship that led to the circumstances that caused his death. He was "reborn" thinking he could bring those people to justice . 10 episodes in, and he hasn't done ANYTHING towards that! He's falling back into the abusive relationship like he craves the abuse as long as he's "in love". So far, the Ming and Tong characters have shown that some people just can't change, and if this series continues in the same way, I find it hard to believe in a HEA.
