I don't think they include ongoing ones in this year's poll. I think it would be in the 2019 poll instead. I could…
I think you're right. Technically I think that Just Between Lovers and Prison Playbook are listed as 2017 dramas but they didn't finish until this year. So SKYCastle should get its chance next year too
I appreciate that light romcoms are not for everyone, but saying "Light comedies ought to have an alternative description: moronic nonsensical ridiculously stupid comedies that you ought to run away from to avoid catching up asininity. It can transform one’s brain into feeble-mindedness." is both unnecessary and insulting to the people who do enjoy them. People are allowed to like different things. Insulting a large portion of the user base here doesn't seem like the best use of your words. Say that particular drama is dumb. Tell us you didn't like it. Don't call the readers morons for enjoying a genre you aren't into.
I tried it, but its not for me. I like a friends to lovers, but I don't like fauxcest and the set up for this romance is growing up as brother and sister and getting told by strangers that you actually are into each other. Do none of these people have siblings? Everything in the first episode and a half is exactly how siblings take care of each other. They only start "having feelings" when other people butt in and tell them that the other person is into them. I can see why other's might like it, but I wish it was about them realizing that no, we really do just have sibling feelings and moving on to find proper romances with people they weren't raised with.
Once again, Best Bromance but no category for female friendships. In a year with so many great ones (20th Century Boy and Girl, Because This is my First Life, Father is Strange...) it's a shame to overlook them
Dropping dramas was hard for me in the beginning, but now I'm much more willing to give it the old heave Ho. It's a skill you need to learn in drama watching. There are only so many hours in the day
