Title Taxi Driver Season 3 Spoiler
Nearly 20 minutes into episode 8 and after watching this flashback i'm sorry but I don't feel bad for Park Min Ho. Obviously he didn't deserve to die but he could've easily avoided that situation. it's like he wanted to be attacked. If you see 3 mfs sitting in a dark room and one goes to grab a weapon don't stand there and let them attack you.....

Title Itaewon Class Spoiler
I've been seeing this pop up more and more on my FYP and apparently there's people who aren't happy Sae Ro yi and Yi Seo got together and my question is why? I've seen some say it felt forced but I could say the same thing with him getting with Soo Ah. Immediately they show case Sae Ro Yi is a socially awkward person and isn't good at reading the room. One of the main reasons he even connected with Soo ah was because of their shared connection with his dad. from there it basically just becomes a trauma bond. Soo Ah constantly said time and time again she's going to put her future and career before Sae Ro Yi. Even tho she isn't against him she isn't with him either meanwhile Yi Seo has been supporting him from the ground up taking the time to understand him, but people are upset with that?

I probably shouldn't find this as funny as I do but I can't help but laugh at episodes 5-6 Everytime they show the dad in pictures with his son as a baby his hair is receding but in the flash backs with his son as a teen/young adult the dad has a full head of hair. man has the whole Benjamin button going on šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

I really enjoyed this but I’m still not really convinced she ever liked him as more than a friend lmaoo
I believe she did however I think she was just able to get over her feelings and move on easier especially since he was a dick & kept pushing her away, but then he started trying to self insert himself in her life more which is annoying and why I think they shouldn't have ended up together.

Final opinion semi long yap incoming
SOO GOOD, But how tf did we get here?

Absolutely loved this series Honestly it's so addicting to watch when you start it. From badass leads who actually use their brains, mystery, a nice OST just so Good. What's funny is I dropped all of us are dead because I couldn't stand the cast. So many characters where just DUMB, yet one 9 year old girl in this series was smarter than everyone in AOUAD.
I could praise this series non stop but not everything is perfect and I have to call out/question some of the writing choices this series made as well.

I said it in a previous comment once you get to the halfway mark you notice the pace starts to slow down a bit. It shifts from the main focus of the infected & the disease & focuses more on the side cast. Normally that isn't a bad thing because you need to grow and establish your characters, but it's almost as if the entire plot line about the infected gets forgotten. Instead of the threat of the infected you're now only involved in this random self inflicted drama between the residents and you're asking how did we get here?

You have this resident who killed his wife and got caught now spending his entire time trying to infect/kill the cast in hopes of getting away with murder and a woman hell bent on trying to control the entire apartment complex like there isn't an entire zombie outbreak going on right now. Speaking of zombies where did they all go??? You barely see them anymore. They even mention infected mutations but we never see them in action. And to make things even more confusing this Random character suddenly becomes the big bad OUT OF NOWHERE!! So many characters going against the only 2 people actively trying to keep everyone safe and everything fair for literally no reason.

Still a great watch but the side plot for everything just felt so random considering they should all be fighting for survival against infected but instead grown adults wrapped up in middle school drama. Which is again why I LOVED the main leads intelligence and maturity, And you see how they themselves are equally sick of the BS

5 episodes in and I'm enjoying the series but I'm noticing when it comes to the action/violence this drama is too scared to show it. As some one who has read some of the webtoon a few years back and knows how violent this series is it should've had a higher maturity rating. All the action scenes are either out of focus or they do cutaways at the moment of impact to avoid showing it and for an action centric series that's not the best move imo

Going into episode 8 and the pace feels like it's slowing down a bit like we aren't making much progress or learning much but I'm still LOVING this series.
a few questions I have to ask tho? the main plot is an infection outbreak so why are the side plot some lady trying to take over an apartment complex? like the world is in chaos rn why is that her biggest concern? And this guy with the glasses really is just the biggest piece of shit PLEASE shoot this mf

I know she's coming back to Moving season 2(can't wait) but I need her in more Action/thriller roles. She has such a dominating presence k dramas needs from more women on screen instead of all these romance/ damsels in distress

The one thing that will always infuriate me and make my blood boil in K dramas is the CONSTANT victim blaming. Especially since it seems to be so common and the fallout is always catastrophic. And I understand social hierarchy and age status but it's so insane to me.

I've only seen about 25 minutes into episode 1 & i'm gonna put this on hold for now because i'm looking for more mystery thrillers to watch but I will say this.

If you're thinking of starting this heads up don't look to take this show too seriously. This series seems to lean more on the comedy side than anything which imo is a bit of fresh air for me rn. Something to kind of just turn your brain off and ride the wave. Again this is just my initial thoughts.

Judging from some comments it seems some people were disappointed because they expected something different, but seeing how over exaggerated things in the first 10 minutes were I knew it would be clown shoes and laughed more than I thought I would

Title The 8 Show
I was wondering why the ratings for each episode decreased so badly as it went on, and getting to episode 5 I see why. It's just a simple sheep vs wolves game when realistically the sheeps hold all power to put an end to all this but hey we need a show right? So Cliche to the point I ask is it even worth continuing? Another social commentary on how far people are willing to sell their soul for money and the hierarchy that comes with it.

The only way shows like this work for me is at least make characters competent. you have the cliche bully, spoiled brat, and genius while everyone else are just victims. And yes I'll reiterate this again. I understand you need drama and tension for the sake of having a show but by using the TINIEST bit of common sense I can easily come up with ways for the "victims" to put an end to this for me that just shows how kind of lazy the writing process was.

How I feel at the end of episode 5 will determine if I continue or drop this but right now there is a 85% chance i'll drop this show

*EDIT* Watched up to episode 7 and although I'll be upset for not pushing through I don't have the drive to finish this one

I see a lot of people say this is sad but honestly I don't feel so. Of course there are sad moments, but ultimately I was more shocked than anything. It caught me off guard so bad I had to rewind it like 3 times because I swore I missed something & that shock of what happened I couldn't move past for the remainder of the movie just waiting for someone to say "haha psych!"

once I finished episode 6 I kind of soft dropped this series for a few months. Only decided to give this another shot because i sped run a video on s1 and said why not? might as well try to finally knock this season out.

Currently on episode 8 & the main thing I want to say is I pray this isn't a repeat of S1. S1 got so annoying with the constant rematches just to run away for another rematch & I see that theme repeating but hope that isn't the case.

And I'm gonna feel like an asshole for this but I hope Ha Na doesn't end up with her old friend. Their relationship is sweet and I love seeing her happy (she deserves it) but I think its pretty messed up to introduce a romance for her after killing off Mo tak's fiance. At that point just keep them all single

As I'm typing this i'm currently starting episode 14 but wanna put my thoughts out there. If any of my views change in the next 2 episodes i'll just update this post. spoilers ahead

I'll start by repeating what I left in the episode 1 review. I noticed a constant trend when it comes to romance series & the moment they introduce a murder plot line the show will either stick the landing or completely fumble it. There's never an in-between.

The issue with this & a lot of romance dramas in general is they drag with holding information so bad until the last 4 episodes like PLEASE move the plot forward. For like 70% of the series characters are just moving in circles asking the same questions over and over.

I loved the mystery elements of the story. It's the main reason I was engaged for so long, but you can only keep my attention for so long before I get bored because there's no progress. By the time I finished episode 10 and they kissed I turned the show off and contemplated just ending the watch there. In episode 11 & 12 I ended up falling asleep a few times because I just got bored. The fact that I was able to binge 10 episodes EASY, but the moment I got to 11 any desire to finish started to leave tells me the show should've ended there.

not sure if I'm thinking too deeply into it but Park Bo Kyung's role in this seems very odd to me. For whatever reason she seems to be hidden. Even when she's on screen they seem to keep her face hidden or they barely show her for long periods of time before the camera cuts away from her. I wonder if there was any drama surrounding her at the time

Minor episode 16 spoiler

I was hoping they wouldn't bring back Do Gi's PTSD the way they did because it didn't make sense how the antagonist learned about it unless they also served in the military with him which they didn't. Ha Jun just saw a random whistle in a drawer & somehow concluded Do Gi has trauma from it. I just thought that was a massive cop out to nerf him in the moment
