I found the opening credits and especially the talking very unusual and distracting also. It is not a patch on ALP or TTEOTM, both favourites and top quality productions.

Li Xian is a wonderful actor , have always enjoyed the couple of dramas of his I have watched. Its a mature pairing and he usually has good chemistry with his FL. Definitely like this pairing ❤️

Actually in Six Flying Dragons BanWon was an excellent character but in the end he does kill his half brother so its not a happy historical event thats for sure

Yes, exactly right, I don’t love the character but by ep 21 Princess Lin’An does a miraculous about face and the little innocent girl grows up.
