Tempest

The book is very ambiguous, lacking such details. We have to deduce things as we go. Initially, Chong Zhao rescued Fu Ling and is on friendly terms with her which led to immortals believing that he colluded with demons. But throughout all of that, Bai Shuo was the only person he was romantically interested in. Later on, when he accepted the demon path, they were again friends & demons who fought together. Fu Ling has been romantically interested him for a long time and now that Chong Zhao & she have been spending a lot of time together there could be a romantic entanglement but the book doesn't say so. The story focuses more on Bai Shuo. I don't know how the drama is going to handle that dynamic.

So, Dai Lu Wa is going to play an antagonist character again. Her as A' Nian got on my nerves sometimes, she going to be even more of pain in the ass in this one. The things Fu Ling does have no rhyme or reason. (Still look forward to seeing her though, Dai Lu Wa is good)

I have high hopes. From Fu Rong Jun to Ye Ding Zhi there's such a big improvement!

Someone needs to cast Zhang Ling He with Yang Zi or Zhao Lusi in costume drama.

I was so excited about it, that I looked up the novel. It is unfinished. The trailer looks much better than the story I have read but the characters are interesting. There is so much that has yet to covered in the novel, the writer stopped updating the story in 2023, I wonder if it will ever be finished.

I didn't realize that he has worked along side Luo Yun Xi in three dramas, Follow Your Heart, Love is Sweet, and Lie to Love!

I came here to see if we have a release date yet, but I was so glad to see all the comments about Cheng Yi. Love him as an actor! I have such high hopes from this drama well.

Well yeah, if the drama impresses me I do, if it doesn't, I don't! But I don't see why it has to hurt anyone's sentiments to go so far as to write me a comment like that. I have written reviews for a lot of finished dramas as well but you haven't been following those I guess. How I wish I could see the future, but sadly that's beyond me. Sometimes the dramas that start good don't always have a good ending and my reviews are always updated to reflect on the current changes.

That was so silly and fun, especially since I didn't know half of them. Cheng Yi in silver hair, the cruise, the lake, and the silver bars were my top choices. 😂
