Lol. You can always share you thoughts anytime! I can tell by reply that you do love Mark Chao. =) I will try to rewatch. Idk, maybe it was the plot or Yang Mi or the chemistry. Anyway, will give it a shot. Might be different. Interesting that that is how I started w/ the untamed. A friend recommended it like several months prior then I watched it on my phone at night while I was putting my baby to sleep and I was not sold, instead I fell asleep. I watched it again on our living room on bigger screen, watched the entire ep. 1 w/o skipping, then I fell hard, madly in love w/ it. Now I'm crazy about Yibo! Anyway, sorry. Talk to much here. Will get back to work. lol =)

This is obviously a late reply and you're probably watching something already. Just to share, I watched Love & Destiny and I also fell in love w/ it. I honestly had this in the back-burner for the longest because I misjudged it thinking it wasn't that good and to my surprise - it became one of my favorites! Even rewatched some scenes. Anyway, what I want to say is you should watched Love and Redemption. I watched it a couple of days after I finished Love & Destiny. It was my mom who kept recommending it. I don't know if you'll love it since we're all different but if you loved Love & Destiny like I did, then I'm confident you'll fall helplessly in love w/ Love & Redemption - irrevocably. =)

Got it! Will check the bottom 3. Tried Eternal (w/ Mark Chao right?) a couple of months ago when I saw rave reviews, but unfortunately I was not sold. Just my personal pov & feel. There was just something in it or missing - anyway, will check the rest out. Thanks big time! =)

I see. That's what I thought. I am looking for Xianxia/Wuxia. Currently watching Maiden Holmes but put that on hold. Not enough to get my interest glued. Perhaps will give another try someday. If you can recommend a xianxia/wuxia genre on a par w/ L&R, I'd really appreciate it! =)

Exactly where I was 2-3 days ago. Rewatched it from the beginning and ended up watching the entire episodes on youtube despite how off the subs were on the remaining eps. Finished it, started Maiden Holmes just for me to move on yet I still find myself rewatching L&R scenes. Wishing I could start the journey all over again.. lol i hope i don't sound weird.. lol

That's what I thought. Shouldn't it maintain it's rating if not higher? This simply means that some people did not like it that much like most of us do or perhaps their opinion is now swayed w/ unpleasant things that's happening. Or maybe it's plotted by antis. Hope not. Wish its rating goes up again. If only I could rate multiple times, I would.

Same here!!!The Untamed my top cdrama. I know I just started watching cdrama this year unlike w/ kdrama from 10+ yrs. now. Anyway, I never skipped The Untamed. Took me forever to let it go & watch another drama since it was incomparable for me. I've watched AOL (liked it a lot but skipped so many scenes on supporting characters), Eternal Love (almost dropped, ended skipping a lot to see what the rave on this, just not for me, something was missing), Thousand Years, Arsenal & The Legend (I liked both), Love & Destiny (did not expect but I ended up liking this a lot) but nothing compares to this. The plot, acting, pacing, all characters even the villains are engaging are all on point. Like I said before, it surely is going to be a while to find something as potent and precious as this. Perhaps Legend of Fei and/or Ancient Love Poetry can fill the void L&R left. Btw, it was my mom who almost nagged at me to watch L&R. =)

I love them both but for some reason, I have this feeling that I will drop it. About to watch ep. 1 maiden holmes before going to bed. Let’s see if this keeps me. ?

After stopping Love and Redemption at ep. 38 and watched it again from the beginning simply because I wasn't ready to part ways w/ Si Feng & Xuan Yi, I finally decided to just finished it last night. And now I am left somewhat desolated. Almost how I felt after watching the untamed (w/c took me long time to let go). Now I decided to just watched something light to fill that void. Not ready to go back to kdrama land yet since a friend said to watch Backstreet Rookie. Still need another Xinxia. But based on you said, it's going to be another void. I guess I'll just dive right in.

I need to watch a new light drama for me to move on. I've been stuck in cdrama land for many months now. I probably need to watch a light kdrama to let Si Feng and Xuan Ji go. =(

I am confused on why this is happening. Just saw clips of their fan club concert and Cheng Yin and Bingyan are sooo distant.. leaves you cold. Is this because of that? I read that they were told to do so because one of their reenactments received some backlash? Sorry. I am fairly new to C-entertainment industry. Don't really know how it works unlike w/ Korean.

It's just sad that you fall in love w/ the characters in the drama and the actors who played act the complete opposite. Although their, their bts were fine. They looked comfortable and very friendly. So I don't understand what's going.

Yup! I cried for them both but more for Si Feng! I decided to continue ep. 50 - 59 last night w/ great eng subs on Youtube. Slept at 3. My husband found me crying like crazy. lol I honestly can't remember the last time I cried so much in a drama. I am in love w/ this drama and their characters. Not just Si Feng and Xuan Ji. I mostly skip parts but not this one. EVERYONE played a very important making this drama unforgettable. Had to watch it twice since I was not ready to let Si Feng & Xuan Ji go yet. =(

Do I need to watch 1 before watching Nirvana 2? My mom has been telling me for months now that it's good but I haven't looked it into it yet.

It probably is but I only found one w/c I know is subbed inaccurately. Yeah, just realized earlier that Prod. Procrastination does the subbing. Will watch from there moving forward. Now that I am addicted to cdramas, I wish can understand a little bit Mandarin just like I do w/ Korean. Good for you that you don’t need eng sub.

I love them both equally. They’re both fantasy but very different and exceptionally good. And yes, it’s amazing to see Xuanji’s growth and transformation. One thing she has always been is her being strong-willed.
