Same goes with the ongoing "Romance in the House" drama. I hope majority of real S.Korean people are not like that and the portrayals in the drama are just a caricature.

For me the best scene in the whole drama was earlier, when XFF confronted his scholar husband (when he was consulted whether Jian Ling should attend college). The innuendo in her speech was quite spine chilling.

You mean Chinese or China? The Chinese diaspora in the world is very large and I would assume many of the commentators here come from there. I also notice that cdrama sites on MyDramalist are generally more civil and peaceful compared to the infestation at popular kdrama pages.

Ji jin hee still looks original, pretty much the same as dongyi and dae jang geum days, just older. The rest of the main cast, not so sure.

First half she was really cringy. I actually dropped the drama first time because I thought I would contract diabetes from her. She got better progressively in the second half, by the end she is one chill goddess.

cdramas are always too long in my opinion and needs to be more efficient in the story telling but I got both shotgun barrels here for saying it...😅
