I get it now , The 2025 version is a VR and this current happening is in reality , she must have signed up for this experiment , for the treatment of her grandma and then she lived in VR for whole year , she forgot her reality and now thinks that the game version was reality.
When Xu jing Yang maybe found something odd , he tried to let them go back into reality , now she is confused and thinks that VR version was reality , she was a princess and this is some VR game .
Also Huo boyu is brainwashed by some team members that they have to go back into reality by committing suicide , but I think they are trying to remove the evidence of their experiment by eliminating them, as making them commit suicide by confusing them .
