It's fine too lol I just gave you my opinion about my very personal experience. It is not the same for everyone. Not all abuse victims are alike. So you are okay š those are some very valid feelings and I have to admit that while I understood the characters I was also cursing them out in my mind too and criticizing them for their "dumb" actions lol. Well honestly when he's not investigating a case he's quite dense when it comes to his own safety and doesn't care much for his own wellbeing but I hope that with this case with how his recklessness killed another person he finally will come to a realisation and stop putting himself and others at risk. It's sooo good omggg you've gotta watch it. Though I'll warn at times medically, it's not totally accurate but if you can ignore those little inaccuracies and research them yourself it's story wise really good. I was having such a hangover after finishing embers before finding this one. It's really good. One of the best dramas I've encountered this year totally

It might feel like that but trust me to people who have been abused, there's a lot of conflicting emotions. At one point even if you know your abuser was wrong, you just can't accept it. You wanna latch onto them cause they were your actual support system when you had no one even if they were abusive and didn't treat you in a healthy way. And as for being understanding towards the kids once she has grown up, even if you understand it's hard to forgive sometimes. It's like you are being pulled apart by these conflicting thoughts that's why people experience Stockholm syndrome. Sometimes when you are abused or neglected at a young age your mind still wants to behave like a kid even if you know rationally that you are an adult. It's a way of coping with the childhood you have missed. Though I do admit it's quite frustrating to see our beloved characters like this but I think they did it very realistically. Sorry for the rant lol

Definitely. Same with Embers drama though. They kept these dramas so low key. Maybe because they wanted to avoid censorship issues? That's my best guess cause otherwise these dramas are masterpieces and they deserve to receive more hype

No the production value looks quite high even to my untrained eyes. So yeah it's definitely not a low budget one. Maybe it's not promoted cause it has corruption in the police force? Idk but the government generally is kinda strict with censorship and all that so maybe that's why??
