In all honesty I think that they just wanted to make extra money on the back of the fans, they did not plan to make another season and when they saw how much eager we all were to watch another season, they laid it out of nowhere. That was nothing for me but taking advantage of the fans ... what's definitely not a good idea. I just hope that the next season of LBC will be good. Experience taught me not to expect anything from sequels.

@hope I am basing my judgment on 5 episodes only, TWM2 can be good or bad following what you expect from it. If you leave your good taste aside and forget their promise of a "next chapter" you can watch it, it will make you relive Bad Romance all over again with a cheaper movie script and a good amount of drama. But if you expect something new, clearly a new chapter in the story, you will be as disappointed as I am, I join Pedro Guida with what he said above, it makes me want to see them all break up because all they do is fighting. My advice is to watch it and make your own opinion because not all the episodes were bad, actually their quality goes from very bad to good with no constancy.

Thank you my dear Katy, I will watch My Dream The Series then, otherwise I can still watch Western BL or rewatch all the shows that I have watched ten times each.... Movie directors must really think of new BL to make, we are suffering this year !!!!

We are all having the same problem with their supposedly 'next chapter' apparently. The only thing I personally liked -it's a shame to say yet I will say it- was the scenes with Dr Bright, I liked them because they reminded me a lot of TWM, otherwise I was nothing but bored with everything else. I think I would have been even more disappointed if there wasn't LBC to watch .. I guess the disappointment will catch me some day once LBC completed *sighs*

We are in the same boat. I was fed up with a weekly beating-up with TWM TNC. I will watch it in one sitting once completed with a good dose of humility :/
I am not too eager to watch Vietnamese BL but thanks, I will take into consideration your recommendations and see what I can watch, otherwise I will do the thing that I want to do the least: to watch Western BL *(T_T)*

Still my favorite gay comedy. I've watched it 15 times at least and I still spend the best time re-watching it.

Just one remark: This movie is rated 13 y.o audience or older... I think it should be rated at least +15. I'm very open-minded but some scenes are too explicit for younger teens!

People, don't be fooled by the 'low' rating, this movie is really good. The script is well written, the story genuine, the cast perfect and well-invested in the story, the intrigue is the reality of every closeted gay man.... and thinking that it's been aired in 2005 only increases my appreciation for it. Low budget doesn't mean low quality, art doesn't answer to money.

@Pincolino Personally I prefer to see "bulky" guys in BL, they represent better the diversity of the gay community, not all gays are feminine or weak, there is no weak gay at all to say the truth, and I loved Bad Romance and Together With Me for that, my problem with this season is definitely not related to the actors, I am just fed up with rehash, because it's Bad Romance all over again when I expected the next chapter they promised...

Yeah, I think it came out of frustration lol Usually I don't like it when people rate or review a show before its ending but this time, although I did not rate it myself, I agreed with them. We all had high expectations for The Next Chapter and the first episodes scared us +(T_T)+

My perverted mind is very pleased with the return of the doctor Bright, I still hope he will fix things with Farm. I also liked Fai's scenes a lot, I identify some in her boyish character. For Korn and Knock, no comment. Knock's father is a good surprise, I appreciate his character a lot. I also agree with everyone that has preferred it when Korn's family was living on the riverside, it was way better. I think it was more representative of the Thai culture. Well, this is it. I appreciated the episode but I won't claim victory just yet. Let's see what happens next :)
