That was an incredible second episode! I can already tell this will be a 10/10 show for me. P'Aof seems to be a modern day king midas. Everything he touches just turns to gold.
Episode 2 was much better than episode one. It still wasn't great, but it wasn't a complete dumpster fire like episode 1 was. This episode did actually make me laugh once which is a definate improvement on the humor side of things. Will be changing my overall show rating from a 4.5 to a 5.5.
idk guys its more watchable than yyy, i just wish the comedy was a bit tighter ... some scenes go on for much…
I though YYY was more bearable. It was meant to be camp and stupid. However taking already established characters and completly changing their personalitys to make them camp and stupid, that is so much worse in my book.
This show ripped my heart out and tore it to shreds. No show before or since has made me cry as hard. That being said, I love this show with all my heart. I do have some qualms with some slightly problematic things (as expected of a 2018 bl) but the great things far outweighed the bad for me. If you can handle a tragic ending, this is an amazing show. If you can't handle a sad ending just don't watch ep 10 or 19-20 (depending on which version) and go read the alternate ending from the script and watch Life: Love on the line.
I can't understand how people are calling this the best show they have ever seen... I mean maybe it's not bad,…
She's def not queer. Someone called her out on twitter for romantisizing SA, and portraying queer men as preditory (and other problematic stuff) and she just brushed it off, basically saying the person was overreacting and she was totally in the right. I personally refuse to support any of her works.
One day, gay actors will hopefully be the norm for gay roles..
Or we let actors act and let them keep their private life private. As long as they are respectful, an actors sexuality should not have to dictate the sexuality of the characters they play. Acting is acting.
lol im glad i watched last twilight after this, my mood was sour then it lighten up 🤣🤣
SAME! I specifically watched this before Last Twilight just in case it was bad (it was) so I could end the day on a happy note with Last Twilight. A genius decision on my part.
Well, I was hoping this would be better than Bed Friend, but based off the first episode, it's so much worse. People are saying Yim just isn't main roll material, and that his acting is what is throwing the show off, but I disagree. We have seen Yim act in other rolls before and he did just fine. The problem here is the writing and directing. The storyline is already all over the place and incoherent, the camera angles are way to much, the sound effects are over the top, and the characters and plot lines are inconsistent with what was set up in Bed Friend. Jade in Bed Friend was a little silly-goofy, but generally pretty chill and mature. The Jade we are seeing here doesn't even feel like the same character. The humor so far is also bad. People are defending it saying its "j-drama style humor" and while I can see that may have been the type of humor they were going for, they severly missed the mark. The only parts that were actually funny and not just pure cringe were the parts where siri kept going off and telling him his heart rate was rising. Hopefully the show will improve as it goes on, but my hopes that will happen are on the floor.
