this looked interesting until I read the comments 💀 the autistic lead has me hesitant enough as is. Feels like media doesn't care about touching on autism unless it's a savant genius who's really just quirky and socially inept, if the comments are for real about the romance being unearned that's even worse lol
After the ending of the movie I felt like I wasted my time watching itwhat was the point of it all ,,,?? that…
It's a story of corruption and betrayal in a world full of conceited self centered people. Spoilers ahead,
But the MC is like an innocent being tainted. Wanting to do good but pushed to corrupt ideals by both the good and bad around him
The police were forces of good blinded by their own vanity and pride, ultimately betraying those close to them and sacrificing them as pawns.
The gangster was the example of a corrupt man ruined by life that ended up preemptively betraying and using others and in turn that self defense mechanism cost him someone he very well could have called a friend making it very bittersweet compared to the others.
This movie is so good man you gotta look deeper into it, I felt so bad for Ko. He's the only one besides the MC in this movie that got unjustly shafted. As I'm typing this I realize Ko is the antithesis to the MC a corrupt gangster but not nearly as evil or bad his "father" who's neglect turned him against him much like Jos was turned against the police. Aaahhh MAN I love this movie so much
I'm hopping the second movie makes it worth it. if it's a series of movies and not a drama I think it plays in…
here's hoping they don't drag it out too much, kinda wierd to make the first one a movie that encompasses a good chunk of the webtoon but I can see the angle they were going for. a movie to introduce you to the franchise then a series to wrap it all up neatly :)
This was a frustrating series to watch, it started off great but the characters are bad. And the acting, oh man the acting. They take way too long to choke out a single sentence and it's actually infuriating. It's like they tried to stretch a 10 minute episode into a 20 minute episode with the most horrible line delivery ever. The characters suck too, none of them are likeable. The only one I liked was Kyoko and that's just because she was always telling the annoying characters to shut up (merei). This show is incredibly slow paced and it completely ruins it for me, this would've been great as a 6 episode series with 10-15 minute episodes or someting along those lines because it was longer than it needed to be. Plus, these girls we're actually shitty people and I sorta hoped they would all die. but nah
