Been submitting tags for Mai Mai. I hit JTG and "Drifting Away." Will do "Reset" later or tomorrow. Let's get well over a hundred pics in her photo section. She's been acting since childhood and has so many titles to her name. That photo section is an injustice to her career.
Now that Express has dropped and all the episodes are finally out, I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Y'all…
Well said. And may appreciation for this meticulously crafted and masterfully performed drama continue to grow over the course of time. As over-marketed mediocrity fades from memory, let time be the final judge.
Our little crybaby 😭 Ai Mi is so sensitive, sweet, and endearing. KTTPH meant so much to her. Thank you so much for bringing Xie Jiayu to life 🎭💗... https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSXsj2Xhj/
I did roll my eyes at that. Not sure it was needed but don't have a huge issue with it either.
Lol. I give them props for executing a couple of overused tropes well. (1) Amnesia: If you're going to use it, make it brief. Don't employ it as a multi-episode story driver. (2) An elaborate sting operation: Every other drama uses this concept, which becomes a little tiresome. But at least KTTPH delivered it in a clever and believable way. Probably one of the better ones off the top of my head. Well, outside the operation in the actual movie called "The Sting."
I seen this elaborate sting trope 10 million times. But this is by far the best execution of it that I've ever witnessed. No dragged out lying to the FL. Everyone onboard. Convincing.
