Some people have been saying Xu Ruohan and others, like yourself, are saying He Nan. Both lovely. But to me, Ai Mi looks unique. I don't see the resemblance to either leading lady.
"Kung Fu Soccer" will break 500 million RMB before midnight today. It was 4.85 million RMB around 9 pm.…
Yes, truly outstanding result. It's been neat seeing her on the promotional circuit up on stage next to Stephen Chow, Zhang Xiaofei, and Dilraba. Fans screaming loudly as she walks past. What an amazing time she's having. Add in KTTPH and admittance into the BFA. She's on cloud nine. What a magical 18th birthday. She deserves it though, she's always been a hard worker.
Just ignore the rating.7.9 is the new trend for 8.5, with all the bots and 1- star non watcher haters. This drama…
It really has been brilliant. I don't think I've seen a drama so effortlessly switch between hilarious comedic scenes and powerful dramatic scenes. The transitions are absolutely seamless.
I fell in love with episode 7 and then 8 goes and tops it.
Xiao Wuyi on his horse in the rain. Pure cinema 🐎. HMH in the saddle is a sight to behold.
The brief, but powerful — Beauty and the Beast 🥀 atmosphere that emerged when an enraged Xiao Wuyi intimidated a frightened little Xie Jiayu. Only to be tamed when he looked deeply into her eyes. The same hands that kill, are the same hands that protect and comfort.
And the perfectly timed comedic excellence continues to deliver the laughs 🎭.
Thanks for the list. There are some outstanding actresses on it. Ai Mi will have to keep working hard to reach their level.
My follow-up question is, would you change the script which sets Xie Jiayu's age around 16 / 17 or do you believe they can play a character that is set around Ai Mi's real age better than Ai Mi?
Personally, I don't believe they can because Ai Mi is living in this exact moment, so she can connect to the character better than anyone. Ask yourself this, don't you think playing a 16 / 17-year-old for an entire drama would be beneath Dilraba at this point? What benefit would such a character contribute to DD's accomplished career?
Yes, yes. We all love epic battles, heroic moments, and blood and guts. But, it was these moments had me in stitches and warmed my heart...
1) Xie Jiayu comes to rescue Xiao Wuyi, only to shoot him with the crossbow.
2) Xie Jiayu gets busted smuggling deadly weapons and devices under her wedding attire. She then attempts to arrogantly boss Xiao Wuyi around, prompting him to toss her over his shoulder like a bag of rice and put her on his horse.
3) Xie Jiayu kicks over Xiao Wuyi's pot plant and gives him a smug look.
4) Xiao Wuyi sweetly nibbles on Xie Jiayu's hawthorn cakes while she sleeps.

The tension, the intrigue, the sweetness...
Xiao Wuyi is such a man of honour and integrity. He's also a cunning fox 🦊. Hou Minghao is knocking it out of the park 👏. I can't get enough.
And, Ai Mi's first ever drunk scene 🍻😂. That was so good. Bravo 😊.
I just love the energy these two are giving off. It feels so pure and beautiful. Innocent and true. You can reach out and warm your hands by it.

Just curious about the twenty-somethings and thirty-somethings that have mastered the art of playing 16 to 17-year-old characters.
