"I must find out who released prae video bla bla", then who made a fuss over who leaked the video in the first place? It's Wanwan. Simply because she can quickly point finger to Meen to blame everythings on her and make Meen look like a monster. Now she laughed on Meen's efford to find out who was the real culprit? Once she can't pin "betrayer" on Meen she no longer care, does she? Two-faced.
Also Wanwan is the one sleeping with Meen's boyfriend behind her back. Don't blame it all on Non, Wanwan agreed with it and intentionally did it. She was the one started it all. Her envy. Her bitterness. Yet she acted as if it's Meen's fault.
Wanwan really disgust me. I really can't understand the reason you look at Meen with contempt but love a people like Wanwan.

Regarding "show don't tell", sometimes "show" is not enough, "tell" is needed too. When you need to express a character's emotion or attitude, "show" is good. When you want to deliver a message, "tell" is needed. Just paying attention, longing in the eyes and taking care of the crush aren't enough; "I love you" is needed to be said; otherwise, friend-zoned (and fans are unsatisfied!).
Besides, they didn't say out right that "gay relationship doesn't need clearly defined top and bottom", they showed. Both Prat and Pran discussed with each other about the labels they're comfortable with, then they settled with a conclusion: there's no need for stereotype labels.
I understand that you may feed uncomfortable when you feel like you're being lectured. However I think the message is necessary, and should be said. Audience of BL series are mainly BL fans, it's true, but sometimes there are also curious people wanting to know about LGBTQ+, or even parents of LGBTQ+ people. Not to mention that being a BL fan doesn't mean that they always have a right understanding of the community, sometimes they got the wrong idea due to high exposure of stereotypes. Without so many voicing up over the years, people would still think that gay people are feminine guys that cross-dress, wear heavy make-up, walk with limp wrists, speak with lisp and those who acts "manly" are just forcing themselves.

From my understanding of what you said, your "liberating steps" and mine were different.
What you mentioned was an out-of-stereotyped dynamics in which the shorter, less imposing one is the top, but there still is a need for defined top and bottom roles. What I mentioned was there is no need for roles: both are versatile, top and bottom are just positions in the bedroom which can change from one night to the next. Also there is the need to stop using the term "wife" in a gay relationship, while there are many series no longer using that trope nowadays, few ever addressing it.
From what I usually saw in comment sections, not only here but on many other places, the majority of BL fans still cannot grip those idea, despise them even. The first thing they asked when seeing the trailers are "who is the top? who is the bottom?", and then fighting over PranPat or PatPran.

I myself put this show in Plan To Watch and just watch 3 of it's episodes yesterday after seeing many positive comments about it. Maybe that's why?
Besides, episode 3 already got more than 600k views. Not bad at all.

Right from watching the trailer, Bad Buddy was already seem like a "Romeo and Juliet" to me. So of course, it was clichéd.
The reason series was so hyped was because of the main leads: Ohm and Nanon. Both have lots of fans and people had been shipping them for years (as I see it from the comments I saw). So people were overjoyed when their ship made real (on-screen only, of course). Then there's the fact that while the plot was nothing new, it was well executed. Acting, pacing, camera work, production were good. Also it had a few liberating steps comparing to other shows, like there is no need for "husband and wife" in same-sex relationship, no clichéd seme-uke, and getting away from family's grip with financial independence.

Regarding the pregnancy test in ep 12's preview, my theory is that the test belongs to Meen. She got pregnant with Pitch, as an underage. The money she got from Pitch's mother was for abortion and she couldn't tell Pitch because "Yeah, you knocked me up and now I'm gonna get rid of your child because I'm still a minor" would stir up many problems.

Yet, it's Wanwan who made a fuss over who leaked the video when she can pin it on Meen, even used it as excuse for her betrayal: "We are not friends with the one that k*lled Prea". However, when Meen can prove that it's not her but Wanwan, then "I'm so sick of this".
I'm not sure what it's called. Hypocrisy?

I guess he think that Prea saw Win got hit by a car after running after him, so she was just a witness of the accident.

Mainly, those who were rude and started it all here are the ones that cannot fathom the thought that there can be negative criticism about the works of their idols. They might agree with your "if you don't like it, FINE. GOOD 4 U" but you're not allowed to say that you don't like it.

I don't know many dark, deep BL, but I know a few BL series that I really like and want to recommend to you, despite they are not dark or deep.

Rak Diao or One Love (a slow-burn BL in sitcom format, not a common sight)
Like In The Movie
Boy's Lockdown
Dark Blue Kiss

They are either fluffy or very funny, but they're good, in my opinion. You can find them all in you tube with Eng subtitles.

People expressed their love for the series; hardly anyone replied to prevent them from doing that.
People expressed their dislike for the series; and you basically tell them to shut up.
Your mother may taught you about ethic, but it seems you failed to learn. What you did is no ethic, it's selfish double standard.

Personally, I think you scored both Wanwan and May too high. They both did shitty to Meen, and eagerly snatched right away the first chance they got to frame Meen as Prea's secret leaker, so they could use that to justify their shitty behavior and fool themself as well as others that they did the right things; while in fact the real reason for all of those is their envy of Meen (because of Non and Pitch).
Non said those nasty things to Meen, in my point of view, was partly due to his bitterness when seeing Meen and Pitch got together just one day after their break-up. And when he decided to choose Wanwan, he introduced her to his grandmother and tried to help her scoring some points. He's not joking around.
So Wanwan and May are no better than Non in my book. All three of them are 3/10.

We also forget Prea's mother and Wan's mother. One drugged her own child for inheritance (Win smiled when she went crazy ape over the will; it seems like she wasn't a good mother). One screamed like a crazy b*tch and blamed others for her own failure as a mother (let's remember what she had said to Prea before Prea made that jump). Both of them are the ones truly deserve 0/10. Worse than Non, May or Wan.
You are too harsh on Wee. Ha ha. At least he didn't blame others for his shitty behaviors and failures. So 1/10 (better than Prea's mother a little bit).

For your third point, speaking right means that if you find the actor good, or the other's criticism on his acting is unfounded then you can voice your love for him and counter their criticism with your reasons; not to tell the others to simply shut up like you did.
And has things "been going on for days/months" due to one person repeated the same thing multiple times or multiple people shared the same opinion? Those are two different things. Also, I didn't see you use "we get it MOVE ON" when people repeatedly praise an actor's good look or chemistry or whatever they're praising.
For your last point, then what did you mean saying "Remember well he is not alone" when people gave their view on his acting? What is the purpose of bringing up the crowd when talking about acting?
Lastly, whether you trust this site entirely or not is irrelevant to the fact that this site's aim is to discuss the quality of a drama, not to pamper your idol.

I haven't seen any "sexual assault" in Ep 1. Phayu made his advance despite Rain saying no, however he advanced slowly and gave Rain time and chance to react. When Rain showed that he truly didn't want that, Phayu stopped.

Meen isn't angelic. She got back to Pitch just one day after breaking up with Non, remember? A faithful person wouldn't do that. And she also has her own secret that Palana hold.
She is just not as messed up as the other three (at least for now).
