Yeah that was weird. I loved how him realizing he loved her happened when she was willing to see him succeed in his love regardless of how she felt. That was real mature and nice. But yeah he's the most free doctor I've ever seen lol. Never on call

Oh and btw that was the second time she had refised to express her point of view about a major problem with the excuse "I know you won't believe me anyways". When there has been no proof in the entire show that she had revealed info which the ML didn't believe

The weird breakups and hangups of the second couple was just dumb lol. I just decided to ignore those. But they were kinda cute when does contrivances weren't happening.

I can kind of get where ur coming from, cause I think I know what scene ur talking about. But ML clarified in the momment that he was not accusing her, but simply wanted to find out what happened. Up to this point all the ML knows was that his friend died in a bus accident. With new info from the brother, of course he would want to know more. And when the FL expressed that she felt accused, he clarified himself that he wasn't accusing her. I don't really see what else he could have done there.

I can't remember exact episodes, but yes there was a love triangle initially (although very tame). They do break up twice, in fact. It's the only reason this show goes from a solid 8.5 to a 7.5 for me. I felt like the writers where simply seperating them to increase the run time in the middle parts before the big villain fight. The started living together early on, but don't get together till around ep 20 or so I believe. But yeah it's a fun watch

Yeah I can back the fights being unrealistic, at least up to the point before he went to beg the coach to go 100 percent in. But he lost those early matches no? unless I'm remembering wrong. He only won 1 amateur match.

that's not unrealistic plot lol, that's just them saving money not wanting to cast younger versions of the main cast for what was essentially <10 scenes. The had actual kids play their kid versions tho.

so just yes, don't try to justify it. It is what it is.

I'm inclined to dissagree. They had memories of their child way earlier in the show, and still decided to stay apart. They didn't end up back together because of their child. It was after she realized what her husband had been going through (the drunk guy in the suit when she was walking with her mom). And he realized she just wanted his presence and support. It was never the kid glueing them. Yeah it was brought up cause they still miss their kid, but it was way more than that. And disingenuous to claim it was simply cause of the kid.

I agree mostly, but I think that's the point of the drama you are missing. The whole time travel was just them reconnecting and actually opening up to each other, so although it wasn't explicitly stated, their communication skill and appreciation for each other has grown and changed. It's all in the subtext.

I think people are judging it because it doesn't seem concluded. I have personal gripes with how the story played out, but that can all be put aside under preference. But the story just feels incomplete, and I think that's resonating with everyone.

Yeah, 1 major one and i think one more minor ones. It's well done in my opinion tho. It wasn't a bs made up misunderstanding it was just both of them staying true to their characters that caused the situation.

Yeah, the chief actions are reminiscent of how the jack sparrow character is written. Johny depp did a good job portraying someone who is on the surface an idiot, but is always steps ahead. So did NamKoong here. Beautifully written characters, and perfectly casted actors.

ahh I see now. Like you pointed out I wasn't aware they weren't official. Still feels scummy, but at least you can argue a moral ground here. Fair enough.

lol fr, that's why I said in another comment that the show plays out like a teenage fanfic.

ensentially ML and FL end up back together, and second ML never finds out he was cheated on. And there's an Ironic scene where FL was chastising her friends boyfriend for potentially cheating on her.

I get that, but if you introduce the main protagonist of a story doing something imorall and getting no consequence, it sets a bad presededence. And the irony of her talking about her friend being cheated on lol. It's why although I think it's an ok drama I can't say i ever connected to any of the characters. Things simply happened as the plot wanted it to with no consequences like a fan fic. Nothing wrong with that, but let's not make it sound any better

Ok reflecting now, I like the irony of it also. But I can't fight the feeling that it was just a convinient way of trying to redeem his character
