correct me if I'm wrong but most people won't be able to solve life problems getting plastered almost everyday. even if that's what makes the show relatable, we shouldn't be glorifying it. Just seems odd. I will never be able to relate to this like some people can which is ok, but this culture shock is wild.

Yeah Taiwanese and Thailand dramas are probably the leaders of progressive representation. I've seen a number of them. But for some odd reason I can't get into the Thai language, it feels off when watching their shows. And I don't even know why lol

Lol I entered the world of dramas from k-dramas, so It stil has a special place in my heart. But each country brings a special something.

Like Chinese dramas tend to be really out ther with the plots, something crazy and would probably never air in other countries.

And Japanese dramas tend to be more meloncholy and realistic, which is a good palatte cleanser from my usual c-drama fluff binges.

And I'll check out that drama. It looks interesting (Thanks for the recommendation)

exactly they serve a purpose, and I was not aware of her irl situation, must suck. And I fully get you on that latching unto something small in the drama to keep you going. I'm that way with a number of chinese school dramas. Cause they are all mostly the same, but you might find some interesting sub-plots.

There are jealousy scenes, but imo it's done alright. For "little" kids they were pretty mature in handling their feelings

I agree with most things you say, but she has a right to her privacy. She's friends with this people doesn't mean she's gotta tell em how she got pregnant. And especially when her boss was asking her that, it was truly sad. She shouldn't have to explain to anyone why or how she's pregnant.

Glad you enjoyed it. Might I also Suggest Just between lovers. I believe it's called Rain or Shine on Netflix. Another great piece with similar Vibes. Less psycho killer though
