Unlike our LYX portrayal, Tantai Jin was the main villain in the mortal act. He enjoyed killing and torturing people who humiliated him or get in his way. The evil bones made his body unable to practice martial arts, fueled his bitterness. More importantly, he valued his own life above all else.

In the tower scene, Tantai Minghua, the eight prince and Tantai Jin youngest brother, was the final boss in the mortal act not Tantai Minglang. Bingchang collaborated with him to have Xiwu killed, so she could claim the empress title. Unlike the drama, Susu never revealed to him her identity and neither of them admitted their feelings towards each other before this. Tantai Jin chose to have Ye Bingchang free just to see Xiwu mad. Little did he know it was his biggest mistake he made as Li Susu began her spell with the artifact. When he saw it, his left eye ached which made him realized she sacrificed hers and never told him or used this against him like those before her. The evil bones was meant for him to have no remorse or regret of his actions but this caused him regret for the first time of taking revenge against her, not caring of his own life as long she was alive. When Susu jumped from tower to complete the marrow transplant, Tantai Jin ran helplessly to save her, but the transfer prevented him to move, forcing him to watch her die as her body was broken from the fall. His long black hair turned white after the transplant was done, hugged her body as blood tears shed from the eye she gave him. As he failed to piece together the bracelet, he carried her body, walking slowly back to palace saying let's go home. He finally broke down, crying for the first time his sorrow outloud. He became an even worser state than Ming Ye whom he mocked for give up his life and power for a woman.

I imagine that is how she reigned the demon realm after the finale (Looking at A Mi's clothes; they resembled a bit of Si Ying.) Susu & Ning didn't want to be the empress, but fate had prepared them regardless for the greater good

The evil bones in the OG made Tantai Jin unable to feel other emotions except hatred, & anger. It also made his body unable to do martial arts. Unlike his portrayal, he valued his life above all else. That all changed when Susu took over Xiwu body.

Tantai Jin in the new chapter was so frustrated by how Ye Xiwu made him feel. 1st he didn't wants to look at her face. Then he got angry because she didn't look back at him as she watched the snowflakes.
Susu disguised herself to follow her brother. She didn't expect Tantai Jin to follow her. Pian Rang has finally shown, but only her back

I finished the Continental which is a John Wick prequel. Yen is my new favorite Vietnamese one army woman. All the good guys see her as the deadliest of them all & her one on one fight with her nemesis gave me an inspiration in the next 2 chapter of my fanfic with Susu & Si Ying battle

I heard they still hated him for having more screen time in AOL than the ML. Those antis didn't read the book or description of TTJ supposed to look yet kept on saying he didn't look anything like him. Xixi earned more respect from me when I found a clip of him during the filming of the drama when a paparazzi was filming BL without permission and gave him the TTJ death glare.
He was really destined to play him.

Before the drama delay early this year, the OG author was targeted by an anti fan who fabricated the report she plagiarized the book she wrote before TTEOTM. It was a stupid stunt since books were written by her. A week later, she and her lawyer prove the fabrication of the report that the slander paid heavy fines.

YZ is really a sweet girl who defended him when he was slandered. There was a fan post of her being LSS in the past when she was rumored to be cast. I like her as Yandan better than Jimmie in IS as her character was smarter and tried to be independent b4 LYF. I watched the mortal act and final act but skipped the heavenly realm act as it was the same formula. I love the trio lead bond throughout the series


I'm glad I watched Friends on TV when I was young. Chandler and Monica were my favorite couple and glad they were together for 4 seasons til the end of the show. He was fun too in Scrubs
