A bit like TTEOTM, it was filmed during winter. I recalled the director poured a lot in this to be faithful to the book and both leads received positive feedback for their appearance being similar to their characters

I'm currently watching Destiny and like TTEOTM, it released 6 episodes on its first day. Right now it's the only c drama I'm watching cause the actor Zang Rui (Yumo from IS) will play the iconic big brother of the story and I heard he was great in the interview. So far I really enjoyed it and it's pretty faithful to the novel

this YT clip is from the final sequence of the season 1 finale. It's adapted from ch 77 with a different scene scene of Tantai Jin reaction to the acacia flower blooming. Unlike the novel, we can hear him longing as he saw the flowers he used to hate so much blooming before him. It ended in a sad yet softer tone than the original version

I'm glad you enjoyed their reunion. I received good compliments about that. I did my best with the comedy moments and I hope you enjoy that Tantai Jin moment we all long for him to hear from someone else
