I am almost done with chapter 4 but I am still nervous because I don't read or understand Chinese character writing. I feel sometime that LYX is a bit like Keanu Reeves. He is an anti Hollywood actor despite his fame who didn't gave up his mundane life. I guess those anti are pissed that he ignored their comments or existences, continue to do what he likes which is acting and be himself and seem to be living his family which is a good thing (he and I are the same age and I live with mine). In my experience, they're pissed he ignored their existence hence they banned him

I'm surprised how Lan An is so much crueler in this adaptation than her original version. She sadistically mocked and scolded him for his reactions to Yingxi betrayal to even call him a monster. Have you looked at his half brother carefully, he raised monsters, a misogyny and would betrayed without a second thought his men when they are useless to him. As someone who is mentally disability, this hit me hard because I still have my conscious and self awareness. It was the frustrations she held back because neither his caretakers got what they wanted for caring for him before giving him up. Then she saw him having feeling for XW and mocked him for making him weak. Poor TTj knew of her betrayal but never this quick as he was focused on looking for XW. Compare to her OG character, this one deserved what she got.

Love that XW knocked Baiyu out (Too bad she didn't display much her fighting skills in this version).

Yes, it did cause delayed of the drama. I recall it was meant to be released between early Feb to March.


Though I do question why would the author would get in trouble with the copyright if he wrote took some traits from his previous book. Unless it was licensed under it's publisher, it is a common traits most artists would do as it represents their signature traits?

Yeah, brainwashed by gossips, broadcast medias really screwed them good. It made me wish Tantai Jin was real and get rid of those people who covered half the planet

After looking at the old news, I remember early this year what the original author and BL suffered from malicious comments and fake report. It also affect somewhat the release of the drama.

The author was falsely accused of taking elements I believe from one of his previous books and wrote them into the novel where TTEOTM was based on. After 2 weeks if I remembered right, the author and his lawyer proved that the accuser falsified his report and was paid with heavy fine for making such report.

That same month, BL was attacked by malicious comments. Her agency managed to defend her and reported them couple days later

ah, it was hard for him with such injury. I find it ironic that his liquid diet made him match closer to TTJ looks. (those haters had no clue he was supposed to be handsome but skinny in the OG) Its great that BL & LYX were there for support.

No this is from Playas Gon Play song from 3LW back in 2001. Taylor was sued for taking the lyrics from it. This song is more upbeat and its meaning is pretty much you haters just waste your time while we have our lives to enjoy
