Journey to the west was my first xinxia live drama, then it was adapted into cartoon which aired on the kids' channel in my area. Hearing all those old series, I am bump because I know we will never be going to see those old Japanese hit series adapted into live adaptations because the coms are too delusional and the TV industries lack the guts to push the boundaries since TTEOTM.
