SML likes her. He can tell her that, anytime he likes. He has been with her since childhood, if he wants to confess his love, he should. But after rejection, if he still pursues her, manipulates her against the ML, saying wrong things, that would be bad! Otherwise if he sees ML left her, she is alone, and he confesses, I see nothing wrong in it, from a perspective of a one sided love. But he should take the rejection well.
Again, I highly doubt its the case. FL kinds of know SML likes her, its pretty evident, like she isn't that dumb. SML worries for her, but he knows FL is in love with ML since forever, so I highly doubt he will confess. Honestly I really don't want him to confess. They should be besties forever. I am just saying if he chooses to confess, faces rejection, and then accepts it properly, I wouldn't say he is a bad person. But if he does things, you said other SMLs also do, then for sure he would be bad! But we have to wait and see for that to happen. My perception is entirely for the 6 episodes released, and the preview of 7th episode!

I think you're reading the scene wrong! Yes guy has feelings for her! But he has always been a good friend! There are many SML's who do bad, I don't know what he will do in upcoming episodes. But he has always liked the FL. ML came, he did not say anything. So when ML fires her, goes away, if he confesses his feelings, how is that shamelessness? That's the right opportunity! Any person would think about their priority first, rather than anything else! Plus when he knows that how much FL did for him, and what Ra-Ik did was just leave her (maybe its not that, but honestly from SML's view, it would be like that)
Again, even if not love, a good friend can be worried about his friend. Holding hands isn't a big deal, considering they grew up together, so for sure he knows her the best, even though he never said anything like this to the ML.
Again this is coming from someone who does not have second lead syndrome. I am not shipping FL with him. I just want him to be a good friend, and want FL and ML to be together.
This is just my perception, but till now SML has done nothing to see him as a bad friend, or be shameless. What the kdrama makers ought to do is stop bringing one sided love in all friendships, and let some friends be just friends!

She cheated first. Remember when the journalist, CEO, manager and Ra-Ik were in the meeting, and Ra-Ik said he did not do anything wrong (the whole dating part), then journalist showed him photos of Hye Joo, with other men, threatening he will write an article, ruining both of them. Then he signed a bad contract, and also denied his relationship with her! She cheated first, then the entire thing happened!

Pro Bono team doesn't deserve him tbh! Like I don't really understand what did he do so wrong. Unless Gi Ppeum had a strategy or plan with him to act in this way, I really don't want them to become a team later!

Yes guy wasn't bad, but I don't think ML has the intelligence to understand so much. He might think even his friend betrayed him! I hope he comes around though.

More than anger, I think he is upset by the fact that even FL likes the idol in him, not his real self! He is devastated, no one actually likes him, but I think he thought FL could like the real him, trusted the real him!
I think they will solve it soon in 1-2 episodes. His character from the very start has been a little dumb, so I get it.

MSN had thousands of moments when she could easily tell him the truth! He was really calm with her! He asked about her numerous times, she took him to see the advertising board where still there are supporters who support the entire group. She should have told him honestly, especially knowing she is the only one he trusted.
His dead friend wanted him to join another company? Ra-Ik is going to be devastated if he feels his friend cheated him too, and now even the FL.
Though I think they would not stretch this, by next week it seems he would understand! Its the middle of the drama, so they did right by making ML realize the truth by now. The pace seems correct.

It was a really messy relationship!

On a side note, though a lot of past scenes were shown, I still do not get everything about them! So Ra-Ik wanted to protect Hee-jin who was just a trainee at that time. The journalist had photos of Heejin with multiple men, that means she was cheating! Ra-Ik signed a contract not so favourable towards him, and announced he wasn't dating Hee-jin. Hee-jin is upset about that, she also tells him she was there, he wasn't (which I don't get). Then she tells him harsh words, which I guess she did not mean, maybe acted in order to protect him, and went away!
So did she cheat or not? Like if she was so in love with him, then why did she cheat?
Then again why are people doing weird complicated stuff in the name of protecting each other?

Hee Jin, this is my first time watching her, I think she is acing the role! She acts so good especially in emotional scenes! Its so nice to watch supporting actors who can act! I think she should take up serious roles in future!

Ahn Bo Hyun with this accent is so funny! Everytime he speaks, I am just smiling and laughing! I would have just watched this entirely even if it was super boring just for Ahn Bo Hyun, he looks deliciously handsome in it! Can't blame FL for checking him out, even after getting accused of having an affair with the parent in the previous school!
The first two episodes were super fun! Can't wait for next week!

The entire dinner scene (while eating bread), was so beautifully done! I never thought of it like that! But when ML said those things about being a product, and why and how people like him! It made so much sense! I am not saying all idols/actors think like this or get insecure! But the way the conversation was shaped out, it made me feel so bad for Ra-ik! The dialogues were well written, acted nicely! Such a heartfelt conversation!

Okay I really like Ahn Hyo Seop, and I am really excited about this!
But how long before we see Kim Bum in a lead role, as in something where he gets the girl!
They would create a love triangle, and my heart will break for Kim Bum.

Hye Ju what part of "breakup" and "get lost" you don't understand! I hope they give some insights on her character, what happened in the past, and the reason for her sudden return, hopefully tomorrow! I really need to grasp the character! Like I don't want to hate a character just to know later, that she should have received sympathy instead!

My God Ra-Ik is going to be devastated when he knows FL was a fan! Just whenever he knows that make him remember that FL was the girl he helped in his childhood! So that he realizes that she liked the real him first, before liking him as an idol!

Ahn Bo Hyun is made for over the top characters! All the antics were so extra! It was funny! Enjoyed the first episode!

Se Jin was so mean wtf? I mean okay if you don't want to eat with someone, you can politely deny, but even if I can ignore that thing, okay she might be a grumpy teenager, but saying in front of the whole class that even Han Gyeol's parents aren't coming, is so out of the line, considering the fact everyone knows he doesn't have parents!
Yes people might say its just one episode, we don't know her story or anything, but such a line about a classmate, is so out of line! Even if she has the saddest backstory in the world, she should not be entitled to treat someone like that! Spoiled Brat!
