What happened with their baby girl, was it an accident, like something that happened suddenly, so they had to operate on her. Because if its a sudden thing, and ML didn't know about it, its not his mistake. He seemed to be in the operating room for someone else, and he came dressed like that. Doctors are not allowed to take calls in the OT. Doctors don't perform surgeries on their own family members, so this wouldn't be the case at all. Mao is Grand Tutor's illegitimate son. But FL is not the biological daughter of Grand Tutor. Who her father is, we don't know yet. Grand Tutor's wife may or may not be her biological mother, we don't know.
Hence Mao and FL are not half siblings. No incest.
