No Weis are not rebelling. Suis are. Weis are in favour of the current regime. Yes they have something to do with the former crown prince and ML's dad though.
Sui YuanQing makes a comment along these lines to Changyu as she stands on the cliff, "I am better than Marquis…
No she doesn't. In previews of ep 20 and 21, she misses her husband and calls him Yan Zheng. Sui Yuanqing doesn't know that FL is not aware of the real identity of ML, hence says that, but she doesn't catch on.
It has not happened till ep 21, as per previews. So you have to wait for a very very long time. Enjoy the romcom…
No I meant you are at ep 2-3 as you said, so you have to see a lot of episodes before you reach the reveal, I am expecting 23-24 to be the reveal though as per the timeline and emojis in the airing calendar.
Which episode ML revealed to FL he's a noble lord? I've watched episode 2&3 and just want to jump to that…

He has always been excellent. In The Wanted Detective, though it was not such a complicated character, but his…
Because of his clothes. Like he dressed in bright colours, in a very extravagant way, very different from the other 5 characters. So I don't know how it started, but someone might have mentioned it while it aired, and soon everyone in the comment section, began referring to him as peacock lol. In fact when he was first shown here, so many people in this comment section also said our peacock is back, haha!

Suis are no friends of ML. They do want to kill him any chance they get. But its like their main enemy is the royal regime, hence everyone that support the royal regime, are their enemies. Weis again very complicated. In yesterday's episode it was revealed that it was not ML's uncle Wei Yan who tried to kill him in that battle, but the soldiers were sent by Wei Yan's son Wei Xuan. But ML thinks his uncle tried to kill him.

No external enemies in the novel. They are fighting amongst themselves. Factions/ministers fighting with each other. Royal family members fighting amongst themselves. Rebels and soldiers of the same country fighting against each other. No different country scenario here, pure palace politics.
I saw the preview of the famous copper coin Guasha scene, and they did away with the blindfold, ahem* ahem*! Am I complaining? NOPE. Will FL complain later on? MIGHT.
Yes they have something to do with the former crown prince and ML's dad though.

The drama might change the death sequence though. I saw a reuters video so, like he still dies, but it might not be through poison.
