Of course I paied attention and it was not necessary at all. They have shown us his conection with the queen and of course he knew she would not have been swayed by this. If his decision was to dethrone her anyway would this cringe scene matter ? Would she suddenly hate him ? The problem is not that the drama has nudity or sex scenes. The thing is that they made them so random,unnecessary and not plot related, visible just to cater a fetish. After 2 episodes in, this is giving me more Game of Thrones vibe than typical sageuk ones.

Just got the confirmation there are not the same guy from somebody that completed it but agrees with me the reaction in ep 1 makes no sense for a normal person finding a stain of blood. We were just led by the writers.

I read it but if there are no connection at all it makes no sense of why the older man would react like that in first episode. If you find some blood on a vinyl tape would you think of murder??? No, unless you have a past trauma. At least that is my assumption.
