The thing that I liked about this drama : it is very realistic. At least if you have some years you can find things to relate with both ladies. Also is easier to see through things from outside or later and not the moment you are facing them. Sad but true.
I agree with you, he's plain unlikable. Especially compared to his counterpart in the old TV series.
I think is ok like this. Did they wanted the watchers to like him? Root for him ? Etc No idea 🤔 but for me is perfect that he is not the center of my attention.
