Yes, it's literally a backyard wedding with only a few close friends and family, casual style is totally normal. It was not like those fancy weddings that rent out a huge event space with hundreds of guests, where the couple has actual costume changes! lol

In my country the title is "Prohibido Enamorarse" which is like "Forbidden to fall in love" in english, but spanish titles don't usually work in MDL so I had to look up the english name to search it on MDL. Chastity High is a terrible translation! You're right, never would have considered the english name. At least the spanish name is more interesting

Curiosity certainly plays a part, but what are they curious about? How exactly gay people have sex? You can watch porn for an exaggerated example. Or are they curious how lgbtq+ people actually interact on a human and romantic level? If so, then that is much more helpful, because they would see that a gay relationship looks a lot like their own... only with more iced coffees! ;)

Oh yes, it happens a LOT. Words mean things, it's easy to weaponize words by misusing them. It's interesting to follow the logic. Next time you see that happening try to flip the script...
For example: there is a gay man reading a storybook to kids in a public library. He is dressed in a cute princess costume from the book. The kids love it because they can relate to dressing up and it inspires their creativity and love of reading.
Homophobes freak out saying he is a drag queen groomer sexualizing the kids. Why? What if it was a straight man reading to the kids? Would homophobes have a problem? Maybe he's a pedo? What if it was a woman reading? Is she a groomer?
What does any of this have to do with sex? Are we asking all the straight people how they have sex in the privacy of their homes before they read a book at storytime? Do people even know what these accusatory words mean?

It's because homophobic straight people tend to associate LGBTQ with only sex, instead of the full human identity/relationship that it is. That's why the homophobes jump straight to "groomer" or "pedo" or whatever gross thing they like to think about, because they don't think LGBTQ is anything other than sex.
