You are in luck! They are teasing a Season 2 https://www.facebook.com/gr8digit/posts/2924559331104968
Oh. I see it now. I do not have Facebook installed on my phone, so I think it didn't pull up right. I can see it when I click on my laptop! Thanks for the info.
In the book there is a 10-year time leap. The narrative in the book ends 30 days after the confession scene and…
Thanks for taking your time to explain it. That's a lot. I have never seen a BL show successfully cover multiple books of character's entire lives. It seems TharnType is the first contender. I don't know about this one getting that far, but hopefully they finish it up nicely for us!
I liked the story. These actors deserve another project. I guess this project took place in their hometown and was like a one time thing? Maybe there is no hope? I don't know, but I'd like to see any of them again. I particularly liked the couple of Tak and Sek.
I've heard other criticisms of the casts, but they have nothing to do with BL issues. Some ppl think Bright only…
Your point about Bright getting it for his looks.. Hhahahah. I think he got the role for his popularity. F4 is a super popular show/story. I've only seen the Korean version which has Lee Minho as the main lead, and he is crazy popular. For this series, you have to have a popular lead. A popular show = popular lead.
Let's also admit that many actors and actresses are initially famous (and a lot of their popularity is sustained) by their looks, so part of Bright getting the role is for his looks. Let's admit that no one would like an ugly ML in the F4 story.. I would also like to add that Bright didn't get picked for no reason. Apart from his looks, I think he could play the ML well because he has played past characters that are bad boys or are selfish, don't care about others. He can act. Outside of 2gether, I've only seen clips of him in other shows. His facial expressions and looks in his eyes are interesting... Lol. He can express emotion pretty well.
I think he's a pretty good actor. He made me feel for Sarawat (you mentioned u r Bright fan.. i wouldn't call myself Win fan, but i am Win/Tine biased). I think we just all have to accept that looks is a big part of being in the entertainment industry, and I personally believe looks are even more important in a country like Thailand. That's just a personal opinion, but no matter where, it is one of the factors that helped him attain the role. In the end, I believe it's a combination of his popularity + looks + abilities. And popularity and looks relate to each other a lot. If he didn't have the popularity (therefore looks), he wouldn't even be considered for the role, but he also needed some ability too.
If it wasn't F4, I would be less likely to say, "Yeah he got it for his popularity." But here for the views, the fans, to do justice to the show... you need actors like Sarawat and Bright in here. All the rest of the actors are new. And the new actors are all drop dead gorgeous! Lol.
I wasn't planning on watching F4, but I saw GMM congratulate this guy's birthday on IG and thought, "Wow, He is so beautiful. Why don't I know him?" It is because he is new! I may check it out because he is so pretty and GMM doesn't usually disappoint. I need something new to watch anyways. I'm Tee, Me Too is gonna be over soon, and Oxygen and My Gear and My Gown only have so much left.
This story is great and seems like it should go on for a long time. I did not read posts too much talking about the novel because I don't want to be too spoiled, but like.. this story goes on for years after university? What? Can we get a second season.. or.....? I really like this story and hope for a happy ending of Pai and Itt.
I'm excited for Pai vs Itt. The love they have for each other is still obviously there which is why Itt is enjoying torturing Pai so much. He just wants to be around him. And even though they are both hurting, they find hurting and being together is better than hurting and being apart. Soon they will figure out they can be together while being happy with very minimal hurt involved.
But I'm not gonna lie. I really like Itt's character. It reminds me of Bohn and Duen from My Engineer. The only thing about that couple is Bohn never learned from his horrible attitude, personality, etc. And Duen acts like a spoiled brat right next to him. What's different here is that we have seen Itt switch between a stages of irrational anger and normalcy. He can act like a regular understanding person after he gets over his weird grudges.
He will not be like Bohn in the end. Pai always had to be the one to initiate the makeups. I think now that Pai has accepted that Itt "hates him" that he sees no reason to salvage the relationship. Now it's all up to Itt. He needs to learn how to take responsibility for what he did and take the first step to improve things. Pai and Itt may have to have a love-hate relationship until Itt can confess his feelings. Maybe Pai will figure out his true feelings before Itt confesses, but I am prepared to see this epic battle between them!
Another character that reminds me of Itt is the older step brother in the secondary pairing of HIStory 2: Crossing the Line. I am a big fan of that show, watched it many times. Others may not remember that couple. That brother only knew how to express his feelings in anger. It is the same as Itt. Once they get their anger out, they can have a sweet relationship with their lover. It's not like the anger will not come back. It is part of their personality afterall, but it is nothing like Bohn who creates problems just to see his significant other get jealous. He is petty. Being with Bohn would be exhausting. These two guys (HIStory and Itt) just have problems expressing their emotions. I am sure having what seems like a dysfunctional family growing up made him weird in expressing love. None of us can express love perfectly anyways!
I really understand Itt. I also love Pai. Pai is so beautiful and understanding. He is smart, but as we saw in episode 8, he has his insecurities. While having those, he is still confident in who he is and his ability. He is very honest with himself. He stopped caring about Itt because he is realistic. He thinks why try when someone doesn't accept you already. I really appreciate his character. Having someone like him by your side is an asset. But don't act like you don't like Itt, Pai. He is selfish sometimes, but his sensitivity is endearing. Come on. It's cute. Pai can objectively see Itt's bad qualities, but he also sees his potential! Pai really loved Itt for who he was, not because of his looks or his situation. He believed in him like I don't see people believing in others often. It's awesome! I love seeing Pai find his hero!!! Please change and become Pai's hero again Itt! Pai is not gonna like Folk because he is meant for Itt.
Yes, I am a delulu BL fan and they are soulmates because I said so.
I'm watching Friend Zone 2 and I couldn't remember what I knew this guy from. I watched WaterBoyy like 4 times. How did I not remember it was WaterBoyy. Lol. His character's name is Pop, so honestly I kept thinking of Pop from What The Duck and couldn't get past that thought. Plus his character and visual is so different in Friend Zone vs WaterBoyy.
Omg.. Sam and Tor are gonna cheat again?! Really... Lame. I mean, if they didn't this show wouldn't be what it is. So I should have expected it.. Don't forgive them this time!
