I get it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but the ending falls into the entire theme of the movie. There was confusion and indecision and variability about the future littered throughout the movie. For it to end in that same way made sense. I think it’s one that needs you to sit and interpret the characters actions based on the knowledge we’ve been given about them. I mean it was set right at the pinnacle between what many consider the transition from teenager to “adult” and suddenly being faced with making decisions about your future and trying to figure yourself out. All of that just melted into this mess and we got to watch how it played out. Strangely, I also don’t hate Carrie; she’s as complicated as the other two. I don’t think she was necessarily the villain as many see her. She’s just another personification of the elusiveness of correct decision making at such an age.
Went in with no expectations, didn't even read the synopsis and I was pleasantly surprised with what I stumbled upon. Not seamless but honestly quite entertaining for me. I liked it.
Listen, I'm nowhere near even halfway through this colossal mess and I'm loving the sadistic nature of the writer. This is one for the books, I hope it has a satisfying ending. Really excited to finish it
Once again I have fallen for a Seo In Guk character. T.T my heart No but if they just toned down the music a bit this would have been damn near flawless. The OST's are great just overwhelming in important scenes sometimes.
