Haven't read that one! The modern novels I've read were completely without fantasy >< Like "Addicted", "Agreement of being gay for 30 days", "Beloved Enemy" and stuff like that... 😁

Hi there and thank you so much for your reply! ❤️ I read quite some Chinese and Thai BL novels fan-translated on the web - all modern tho. MDZS was my first fantasy-historical Danmei and I absolutely LOVED it. So I indeed wanna venture out on this genre with novels which are - well, not as good but maybe close - to MDZS (story-wise and chemistry-wise). My first idea was to stick with the author first. I was actually also leaning towards Scum Villain - so thanks for helping me choose! ^^ As for your other recommendations, I gladly accept them and will check them out 😁 Although titles like "The Dumb Husky and His White Cat Shizun" sound kinda unappealing to me lol 🙈
Has anyone of you guys read the other novels by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu and can tell me if it's worth reading / if they are somewhere near as good as The Untamed? 😬
I'm at ep 3 and there is something I don't understand... why is the FL trying to prevent the marriage with the ML in their first life? She didn't drink that memory-stuff so she is aware of who they are and what they are doing this for: to 1. regain MLs spirit so he can protect their realm from the villains and to 2. get rid of the red strings. So why is she sabotaging it? Or is this part of a higher plan for the love trial? 😁🤔
