WOW, that was really something. OVERALL, I'll give it 8/10. I really loved BOTH couples' chemistry.
It had a lot of good comedy, a very LOL show, and one thing I really liked was that, despite the mystical heritage thing and the whole "Khobfa has bad luck" they were both really simple characters, and I think that's what made them feel relatable in a way. The second couple, however, uhm yeah SHEESH. I LOVE Aunstamp, and I think that's what makes it harder for me to hate Krit and Mochi so much, but DAMN do I hate them. One has a superiority complex, the other has an inferiority complex, and there was so much room for character development that was just overlooked.
Another thing I didn't like was how cramped ep 10 was. I feel like if there were 2 more episodes, the series could have covered a lot more confrontation and everything else to really establish a healthy relationship between the main couple and the side couple (especially the side couple; they have a lot of work to do) and also like the family members bro. Rin's mom, Khobfa's uncle and Krit's dad really need to have a board meeting or something they all suck CHEEKS
ANYWAY I'm gonna go rewatch Revamp even tho I hate that show because #Aunstamp #MekhinPokpong. Idk who's gonna rewatch that show, but if anyone will see yall in 2-3 days with a review :>
I will say, for 9 episodes, I wasn't really rooting for Jay; I didn't like him, but in the last episode he redeemed himself. The reason I didn't like him was basically that he KNEW that Sun had a hard time loving himself, and literally the one drive he had was revenge—for which he'd do ANYTHING to achieve, including taking nude photos and being willing to get molested by some random men, and even after knowing allat, he too was THROWING himself onto Sun. The last thing Sun needed was a partner who was willing to take advantage of that self-hatred.
I was gen on the verge of tears on the start of ep 8 but luckily we got that ending (no spoilers but u'd know what i mean when u watch it ) I woulda hoped we would get another episode of gelz and baby coz they were SOOO cute

Only thing is I wish Tle was there in the last ep. YES IK Justin got into a controversy, but Keaton didn't and he deserved screen time. I think the last episode was SUPPOSSED to be the way it was regardless of whether Justin woulda gotten into a scandal or not ykwim.

I LOVED IT it was HILARIOUS there was only a few parts that i didn't really like much i wont go too into detail, but basically north needs to be more angry at Yu and i also didn't like ep 1 1/4 and 2/4 so I will say YuNorth saved ep 1 BUT it goes up from there (for me imo) overall tho i really liked it, to each their own, I can see why this isn't a lotta ppl's cup of tea, but it's mine fs

YESS they're basically part of the same universe. It's part of the blue string universe. So far friendly rivalry, study group and teach you a lesson has been adapted into a drama!

He'd much rather paint himself all red and have a board on his neck saying he's a shitty guy and do whatever it takes to make a change rather than put up with absurdity. He reminds me a lot of Norman from The Promised Neverland. If you've seen the anime or read the manga, you'd get what I mean

Let me break down his mindset for you. "I'm gonna do something fucked up. Like REALLY fucked up, but if I do this, the three Jums are gonna be influenced to make a protest way stronger than they ever have against the school, and then somehow, this is going to make the school change. Sure, people are 99.999% surely gonna hate me, but it's for a good cause," and then he was willing to accept the consequences.
And also, let me point out that he didn't do anything outright harmful to them either. It's not like he removed the handbrake of a car and almost ran them over.... JUST SAYING <333 (love u akk 😙)
He was willing to be the bad guy and accept the consequences for what he did, as long as it somehow made a change. If everyone admitted to their wrongdoings and told the truth, then there would be a change."If my bad actions somehow made a change, then it was worth it." That's what he meant by that.
