Doctors in Korea that gave it to him. Apparantly there was nothing else to do? I myself am a imsoniac and have tried a lot to get finally some sleep, cause it drives you insane. I don't get sleeping pills from my doctor. But if I knew where to get them, i would take them. And what about smoking marihuana in a country were it is legal, but you get sentenced for that in Korea? It does not make any sense at all. Instead of helping people, they put them in jail.

I an now 4 episodes in and really like this show. I haven not read the manga, but as many manga's, the story gets adapted for the real life show, otherwise it would be on Pornhub. So, besides one kiss and some touching in the first episode, there is really nothing to do with rape. In fact, Natsume is more than capable to tell Sahashi what he likes and doesn't, and he does.
