The affair happened, the photographer, allthough Gi Jun initially turned him on, he was the one who kissed Gi Jun, said that Gi Jun lacked experience, was clumsy and that he pretended often to be asleep so that Gi Jun could not see the expression in his eyes. So, he faked being upset that Gi Jun had to go to Italy, but was in fact relieved.
Gi Jun however, suspected that. Did not go to Italy, but got in contact in the park with the photographer, and pretended to be someone else, Jung Hyun. This is were the subs really get messed up, cause in the end, often it says brother, but this is not incest, but the name Hyun sounds like Hyeong, that is the word for brother in Korean.
So, Gi Jun is playing Jung Hyun, someone who is confident and turns the photographer, to his astonishement, into a bottom. He is really rough. But the photographer seems to like this approach. And is therefore more into Jung Hyun than he ever was into Gi Jun.
The conversations with the assitent who had returned from Italy, sheds light on the situation, that is when the photographer is suspecting that Jung Hyun is in fact Gi Jun.

He is shy, but still, he is doing what the photographer is asking, including withouth any clothes. Everything is still on a professional level, sort of, cause photographer is sitting on his tummy, to shoot photos, up close from his face, when laying down on the floor. Risque, but still, nothing happens.
Untill, the shoot is over, young man, Gi Jun, is thirsty, takes a bottle of water and gulps it, including water that is flowing over his body. That is TOO much for Myung Seon to take, he kisses him. Gi Jun is like, wtf? He pushes him away, but the photographer is going in a second time, when he sees that maybe, Gi Jun will let him now. And from that moment on, Gi Jun is bottoming, first time. And many positions.
Well, they do it again, but than a sub comes, for me it says something like, he had to go to Italy with my assistant, his girlfriend. Well, he was not that good, clumsy and I got bored but I pretended to go miss him very much.
But later, he sees a man that resembles Gi Jun, sleeping in a park, he takes his picture and before we know it, back in the studio. This time, no time for pictures. That goes on and on, to the point I was thinking, if this is normal to do in one session, I would be dead, haha.

I am loving BL, I have watched in 13 months over 280 titles, those are series and movies. But to describe this masterpiece as a BL? Because most BL's, besides the one that makes you cry at the end, like Eternal yesterday. They are romantised phantasys. But the internet is full of people screaming for a second season with a positive ending for Go Young and Gyu Ho as a couple. Now, the writer, Park, seems to be very positive towards a second season. And pro people are like, 'Go Young has changed, it will be allright this time'. But I don't know.....the way he was to Gyu Ho, nagging, taking jabs, doing nothing in the household, being bored about their relationship. This will all now be forgotten, cause Go Young has grown mentally?
I wonder the people who dropped this show understood anything the show wanted to convey through such brilliant…

But knowing this show was set 16 years ago, it can be because of fear, internal homophobia. Lee Do Hoe did not want to get close too Sin Ju Yeong, I guess that he did not want to have feelings for him, also being emotionally to absorbed by his troubles and wanting to get away from home. But the ice was melted between them, you saw Lee Do Hoe smiling, not wanting to touch Sin Ju Yeong in the bathroom. There was something going on, and Sin Ju Yeong sudden kiss in the bedroom, that ignited the sparks. You don't need much for that.
