TBH, I donāt think that was our ML from the dream/timeline š¬Probably he's the guy from the flashback sceneš¤.…
Thatās my take as well. Heās been there for her since childhood, the boy who helped gather her booked with her and that person who spent time with her in college and the amusement park ride
I get it, one of the key theme of this drama is that the outcome is not the most important aspect, the process…
I felt they kind of hinted ML was there helping her and liking her since childhood. They never shared who the boy was that helped her gather her booked and told her to fight through the pain. Or who all the college girls were jealous that she spent time with. Or whose hand she let go of at the amusement park ride. Maybe itās my wishful thinking, that ML did live in her timeline and she forgot his face when she traveled in her dream. š
So in the latest episodes, we lost a lot of action and important details from the novel.Xie Zhang is a master…
Glad to know that the original novel wasnāt over highlighting FL by diminishing the ML as in the drama. I did love that FL get to shine. I donāt agree that they have to do that by dismissing MLās brilliance to achieved the effect. A strong ML wouldnāt feel threatened by having a strong FL. By the same token, a strong FL shouldnāt only shine by overshadowing ML. I think itās the angle the scriptwriter or the director took that created this perception
Agree! wenkan getting angry at her was valid. As the commander it was his choice to make, whether to retreat or…
Exactly š totally agree. She was big on making others give her freedoms to make chooses and yet she took choices from other people with the excuses that they would die without her š
Yes agree! Totally imbalanced. She didnāt have a title and was leading army, while he was the commander and…
I felt the same way. They totally did! They hyped up that ML finally was leading the battle after FL drugged him and stole his thunder. But once again, they gave her major fight scenes with the big villain and ML got only 5 sec of highlight. Itās so lame.

Yes unfortunately thatās how theyāre presenting her character here. Totally discredited MLs leadership and accomplishments. I guess thatās the trend now to make FL look good by reducing ML to guest star and flower vase.
I really enjoyed how FYX and FSG from fated hearts started off as enemies but gradually came to understand each…
Yes agree! Totally imbalanced. She didnāt have a title and was leading army, while he was the commander and was missing in action with a few seconds of fight scenes. I do love her fight scene and empowering people. But they did it by reducing the presence and scenes of ML which didnāt sit well with me. And real leaders allow and choose collaboration vs always fighting alone making others to sacrifice themselves to save your ass and make you look good.
She was taught martial arts by her father, with blades. She was not supposed to use it and let others know about…
Yes it was in the Ep when her uncle showed up with Jing gang trying to make her pay his debts by giving them the house deed. She prayed at her parents shrine and asked for forgiveness that sheās going to use her skills to fight them. Even though her father made her promise she would never show them in public. And ML Yan Zheng thought her blade skills (she was using a big stick, but YZ recognized it was for blades)were familiar, similar to the technique General He taught him when he was young. During the first fight with the assassins, Yan Zheng was holding the stick with her and was also teaching her how to be better with her technique
