I think in the drama they all happened in the same night. XFF was drugged during dinner. Mother and sister planted the ruffian on the bed. XFF was chained in the shed. Then SYR took her away. The ruffian was silenced. XFF did not know at the time who ruined her reputation. Only that SYR wanted to kill her and there was someone else behind it as well.

Each one of those brown circle or dial indicates which clan or sect character will come up next. Character Gong for the Gong Clan, then there are 4 sect or departments in the Gong Clan front ends: Shang, Jui, Zhi and Yu, Character Fong for the Assassin clan. I know it’s hard to understand if you don’t know the Kongi or Chinese character. It’s giving you a clue about who they’re switching to next.
