As a webtoon reader, I'm very disappointed with the adaptation. The webtoon was amazing, but the adaptation failed to capture its charm. The casting, in particular, was a huge letdown for me—I really didn't like it at all
Waste of time watching this. I kept waiting for the FL to finally muster up the courage to do something, but it never happens. The FL is frustratingly passive, and the ML spends the entire series simping for her. I didn't feel any real romance or chemistry between the FL and ML. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time to watch
This question is for those who have watched both the series and read the manhwa. As a manhwa reader, I'd love to read it, but the art style looks pretty bad to me. Should I still give the manhwa a try, or is the adaptation the better option?
I am really disappointed with the ending. It felt rushed, as if they had set a strict goal to finish everything within 12 episodes. Honestly, it needed at least two more episodes. Considering the way the story was built up until Episode .
For a thriller-revenge story, the conclusion should leave viewers with a sense of satisfaction, but this one didn't. I was very disappointed. The entire prison arc felt like I was watching Prison Break series all over again.
As for the good parts, Ji Chang Wook's acting was excellent, and the overall concept had a lot of potential. However, it just wasn't worth it in the end. The way it started was really promising, but it completely went downhill as the story progressed.
I was wondering whether I should watch it or not. From reading the comments, it feels like there might be some forced romance. I usually don’t enjoy dramas where the male lead pushes the relationship onto the female lead. Am I right about this, or is it still worth giving a try?
I understand you coz I felt the same with Han Seokkyu; he had occupied my brain as Kim Sabu and couldn't watch…
That’s actually such a good point . I guess it really shows how amazing they are as actors that we get so attached to one role. I’m still stuck on Wen Yifan, but I’ll try to give this drama a chance too
