I am so scared & worried for Dilraba. You're on point. You wrote everything here that I wanted to write. That…
Yang Mi's resources started becoming good after coming out from Jaywalk. She took 3 dramas from IQIYI and a movie after terminating the contract with Jaywalk. Jaywalk couldn't provide these resources. She could choose the script wisely now as she is not under Jaywalk. Now she has the freedom to choose the scripts because there is no restriction from Jaywalk.
Yang Mi exposed Jaywalk in her recent interview she said
" After leaving Jaywalk, I can act in projects I want, and I can do what I really want to do"
Yang Zi took the Lost You Forever drama after terminating her contract with the agency. It has a lot to do with the company/agency.
If an artist has strong company/backing they can't get mistreated easily. That's why I'm mad at Jaywalk. Every platform does a lot of shady stuff and these platforms are ok with mistreating their dramas. Tencent, IQIYI & other platforms can even ban artists. That's how the industry works. That's their norm. So, I can understand what you're saying and I don't like any of these platforms.

The production company of Designer & SAF 4 is the same and this company is very messy and vile. Both times female artists suffered. I hated that drama and its production company and that lead. What they did to Dilraba is unforgivable. And also Jaywalk collaborated with the production company to harm Raba. I can write an essay on all these incidents, but I don't want to go there. I am too fed up of all these.

EDIT- I want to clear up your misunderstanding about Love Designer in case u don't know. Unfortunately, Dilraba was 2nd billing at that time despite being popular. Fans desperately fought for her just like Ju Jingyi's fans but they could not do anything for her & Jaywalk didn't care for her. This Wanda, Innovation Media mistreated both Raba & JuJingyi. This drama Designer aired on Hunan TV. Tencent & IQIYI later picked up this drama. And in both platforms, if you check, her name comes 2nd cause of 2nd billing.
Tencent, Youku, and IQIYI don't do the negotiations on the billing on behalf of the artists. These platforms can only support or give backing to those whom they want to support. It's up to the production company and the actors and actresses studio/company to negotiate. So it's a complicated matter.

Believe me, I don't trust any of these platforms she got betrayed so many times. I only want her to do good dramas. Yang Mi after leaving Jaywalk; took 3 dramas from IQIYI. So, it has something to do with Jaywalk. Dilraba did Feel the World for IQIYI in 2019. They gave Ball Lighting, but it didn't work out. They prepared Cheating men for her due to lack of funding it couldn't start earlier now went to Mango(not confirmed). IQIYI might have a future collaboration with Raba in 2025. IQIYI is not rich like Tencent for dramas to commence they need a budget. And if the artists' agency/company, capitalist, and investors support then they can start the drama shooting. Cheng Yi's IQIYI drama started shooting earlier because his company invested money or else it was supposed to shoot very late. Tencent betrayed Raba at that time they didn't treat Raba well their spokesperson so she did Youku's drama. Now Tencent has a new management Team and they are cooperating with Raba. To get good dramas from other platforms, artists need a strong company. Dilraba doesn't have backing & strong agent and Jaywalk doesn't want her to do external dramas so they are not at all helping her anyway. So maximum time collaboration failed. Before Jaywalk was very biased towards their male artists; they used Raba in exchange for resources for their artists. & Recently IQIYI & Tencent are exchanging artists.

Tencent & IQIYI are exchanging their artists. If any artists become popular/explode or become traffic stars it will be beneficial for both platforms. Tencent desperately wants to have another traffic artist like XZ. & IQIYI executive boss supports CZY and they want him to become popular. And if there is platform support and strong agency/connection then it's easy to collaborate with other platforms.

Haha:)) Jaywalk should burn in hell. All the root of misery.
I am still hoping all this criticism changes the production team's mind, and they make this a good drama by adapting faithfully the original work and treating her character's well.
Manhua is addictive and good. I was so excited that I even watched the anime version. It's so good. Also, Stellar Gravity makes good dramas. Overall I am excited about this drama. Let's hope all of her upcoming projects get better treatment :))

Yes, Long Ballad is an excellent drama with high quality. She was used by other artist PR team for comparison which led her to get cyberbullied by haters. And a lot of behind-the-scenes problems (I didn't list here). Platform didn't treat her as the lead. Negative marketing affected her. But despite this, long ballad became popular and a hit and Dilraba was praised and appreciated for her acting. Same here, I want to see Raba in another high-quality drama

Yes, I'm praying she leaves this year cause if she stays any longer then it might damage her career more. I think Raba will join cause last night's statement suggests Jaywalk is involved. If she only signed the intent of the agreement then she can reject it. But the way Jaywalk is being defensive I think it confirms.
I also think it's cheating men must die cause they were preparing for this project at that time but it couldn't materialize. The first arc of this drama in Manhua is located in Ancient China, maybe that's why she talked about going to Hengdian. Also, all the costume dramas are usually shot there.
I am praying everything goes smoothly for her & she leaves Jaywalk this year not that 2 years one.

Fuck me dead! I had high hopes for this drama and now continue to do this shit! Do these production companies…
Saame. I was so excited for this drama. And now it left such a bad taste in my mouth. These production companies are just using her to attract investors and sponsors and promote other artists. So they don't care about her. This Jaywalk (one of the vilest company) is using her as a bargaining chip in exchange for resources. Jaywalk is willing to lick capitalists/platform bosses' boots rather than protect the rights and interests of their artists. I hope all this criticism and mass boycotting change the production team's mind. Hope they make a good drama (adapting faithfully the original work), and give the proper respect to Dilraba and her character that she deserves.

Thanks. No, You explained well. I heard from inside sources that her contract is expiring this year but don't know the exact date. Exactly, Dilraba will have better resources and protection if she walks out of Jaywalk. About the 2 yrs extension- if she extends in 2021 then her contract will expire in 2024. This 2 years melon is what I'm scared of. Other artists left Jaywalk after 10 years, I think she can also leave after 10 years if she joined in 2014.

You summarised everything well. Dilraba dramas end up like this because of Jaywalk. She has no backing so anyone can take advantage of her. Jaywalk doesn't support her, they are just using her in exchange for resources.
The information about her character is revealed on Weibo. Fans noticed that her core character design has changed for the lead/others. So they brought the novel pages and started mass tagging the people involved in the drama explaining not to change the original content of the work.

I heard ML & the supporting roles all have the probability. ( I hope they don't do this). The information that got leaked on the internet revealed/hinted at it. I don't understand why the showrunners/producers are doing this. When this novel is already well-written & perfect with the established female lead & the male lead. Also, the supporting characters setup is good. It has a horror element, gore along with suspense thriller everything to excite fans. Already male lead has a plot line with a lot of scenes, so there is no need to change or weaken the female lead characters/ scenes to support the male lead & the others
I would be happy if Love on the Turquoise Land followed the Hidden Love drama route in adapting the characters and everything well.
In HIdden Love both male & female leads have strong teams with respective platforms supporting them. So, no problem arose & the novel got a good adaptation. Even the brother's characters received well-deserved attention.
Yes, in SAF4 producers made the female lead character weak. I am empathetic towards Ju Jingyi . She and her fans fought for what she was promised-her rights. In the end, she got robbed for not having strong backing. Female leads always suffer this way or the other. I don't want Dilraba to go through these situations again.

Hahaha, yes Dilraba fans Alices are smart:))
Yes, he was good in Hidden Love. He portrayed his character so well. I hope he plays the character of Yan Tuo well too & he has a lot of hard work to do since the novel description/ characteristics don't match him. And hope he can create a good dynamic with Raba.
Same here. Hope everything goes well. Just praying they don't change or sacrifice her character and scenes to glorify male/supporting characters.

This novel is written by Wei Yu same writer as Rattan/Si Tang, Parallel World. It has a female lead & a male lead but It's not female-centric nor male-centric. This is a supernatural thriller along with suspense, fantasy, and romance (there might be some religious element too). This is a kind of novel where the storyline and the plot along with the characters run together. That's why it's imp to adapt the novel faithfully. If scenes change in favor of other characters then it might impact the whole drama or the character of the female lead.

I am neutral towards all the cast members. As long as they are good to Dilraba and don't do any harm (negative PR) then I am ok. The problem is the artists' company/team; I hope they don't do any negativity. Their team robs female leads.
