Definitely. Sword Rose is kind of a mainstream drama with a great subject matter. It needs to air on TV. It would be such a letdown if it only gets released on the web but not on TV.

Exactly. Completely agree with you. You know, whoever messed with Raba, karma always hit them back. Because she never wishes bad things for anyone. Girl is only busy with herself and focusing only on improving herself.

They should have treated her right from the beginning. Getting profits from her dramas and treating her like shit is unforgivable in my eyes. I still remember how they treated her during the eternal love, long ballad days. Before, they didn't even want to acknowledge her power, and now the tables have turned.
Exactly. Jaywalk tried to close her doors to external dramas so that she could only do their homemade dramas. But, she didn't give up.
You know, they always tried to capitalize on her success, always used her but didn't acknowledge her or give her worthy credit she deserved.
I still get angry whenever I remember those days. But now they all know her fan power. Even the makeup artist of Raba can get into the trending list. Dilraba and Alices power. Yes, I believe in her too. Yes, she will make the right choice.

IQIYI is the best. They actually care for their dramas. I hope Dilraba gets to work with them in many of their dramas. Tencent is a rich platform and they buy all the good IPs but they don't care about their dramas at all. I hope "Sword and Rose" gets overall better treatment from Tencent.
To be honest, Youku is the worst. What they did to Anle is unforgivable. They didn't give better treatment to any of the Raba's drama. Look at the treatment they gave to dramas like ' Till the End of the Moon'; 'Immortal Samsara' and even 'Back from the Brink' in terms of production value, and script compared to "The Blue Whisper"(which became their biggest hit drama of 2022). To be honest, I was very disappointed with CGI, VFX, script, in fact with the overall production value of this drama. They didn't handle it with care, unlike their other S+ dramas.

We are on the same page. I have a high expectation from this drama. One of the screenwriters name Huang Kai Wen wrote dramas like, Like A Flowing River 3 (2024);
Reset (2022)( this is my favorite drama): Who is the Murderer (2021) starring Zhao lying. These dramas are all good and have good reception and ratings. And the Hong Kong director is also good. I watched Line Walker ep-1 and this was engaging and I got completely hooked. He usually directs thriller, action, and suspense-type dramas.
& Jin Shi Jia is an amazing actor, and he has a knack for choosing good scripts. And a good actor can create organic chemistry naturally. I am happy Dilraba is working with an excellent actor like him. Even though he and Raba worked in the same drama "Cosmetology High" they didn't share any scene as she was a guest in this drama. So, overall this drama has a solid team. Just keeping my fingers crossed now and hope this drama doesn't disappoint like Prosecution Elite. I don't know why Tencent is not releasing any trailer for this drama and some antis are spreading rumors that the director's first cut for this drama is not good( which is natural as every good film/series director is never satisfied with their first cut).

Exactly, she needs to be treated like a queen. She gave so many hit dramas to Tencent. I hated how the previous management betrayed Raba(who is their spokesperson). Now Tencent changed their previous management. Looks like the new team is treating Raba well since she has a lot of good upcoming dramas from Tencent.

Exactly! That's the thing. They have the top star in China, but the company can't do the bare minimum for her.
I feel sorry for them too. They have talented artists under them but they don't manage them properly. Wishing she gets free from Jaywalk quickly.
At least my girl is now independent and doesn't rely on them much. I just hope all her upcoming projects go well smoothly and I am just praying this time she doesn't get cheated in terms of script, styling, etc.& also I hope she doesn't become a scapegoat or get used by the platform for their prince and princesses. This scares me a lot, if this happens her company will not protect her.

Chinese movie and television industries are very competitive. For one good script with excellent production values, 5 to 3 artists will fight for it. Only artists with capitalist backing, good company, and industry connections will get those resources before others. Dilraba without capitalist backing, industry connections, and her company not fighting on her behalf had to survive on her own with only Alices' support. So, before those scripts could land on her hand capitalist backing artists will grab those. That's why I feel so sad. You'll see artists with zero acting skills get cast in high-budgeted dramas even mainstream dramas one after another due to connections. It hurts me so much to see Dilraba despite giving one hit drama after another and a theatre actress with such a high calibre had to prove her potential so many times to land on good projects. Not to mention her useless company who will not fight for her. Yes, If Raba is in another company, with her huge fanbase, Alices' support, and traffic, other companies would fight for her and would give her the best projects. It is my dream to see her working with the best directors in movies and dramas.

Yes, she is trying different genres. Keeping my fingers crossed, praying all the projects she selects become hit and run smoothly without any obstacles and, hopefully, this time she doesn't get cheated. I heard she is personally involved in every project (no Jaywalk as a middleman) and she is selecting unique scripts with different genres.
I hope we all hear the good news of her leaving the company. praying for her well-being and hope she becomes more successful this year in terms of her career. And also no worries! haha, She is not leaving idol dramas.

Everyone is worried for her just like us cause 2022-2023 were not smooth years for Dilraba with constant attacks and made-up false rumors spread out like wildfire to put pressure on her and on top of that her competitors adding fuel to the fire constantly releasing black drafts to harm her reputation. U can see how vile this company is. Jaywalk is in a messy situation with all the powerful shareholders leaving one by one, now saddled with debt. They use Raba as their shield and don't want her to terminate the contract. It's due to the internal conflict a lot of things got delayed. Dilraba has now hired a top lawyer in China to protect herself from those disgusting, malicious rumors. Girl has suffered so much but Almighty always protects innocent people.
A lot of inside sources are saying that her contract is expiring this year but don't know the exact date. I pray this time she truly leaves this company. God knows what tricks Jaywalk will pull. Chinese companies are very notorious for tricking their artists. If you've followed other artists, you'll know what they do to retain their artists when their contracts get expire. It's not uncommon in China to be tied up for so many years with the same company. Yang Mi, Zhang Bin Bin, and
Maggie Huang they all left Jaywalk after 10 years. It depends on the artists.

You're most welcome:)) Same here. We are all missing the actress Dilraba. Every day I check for her updates Yes, it's torture for all of us. She has only one drama in her stock in 2024 and a new variety show "Truth 2". All the dramas she's gonna shoot will be released in 2025 which feels like an eternity.

I heard she signed 4 dramas and the projects are all big-budget. It needs good investment and time. That's why it's taking a bit longer. Everything depends on the platform and the production companies. She was supposed to join the group in Oct last year but it got postponed. She might join the group in March or most probably at the end of Feb (earliest).

This is what I heard quoting from an article "Dilraba's contract is indeed expiring this year. So far, she is not very willing to renew the contract. The only compromise last year was to have a sisterly relationship with Zhu Xudan to give her some Traffic, but this is her own wish. But I don’t know if she will be able to walk around this year. She doesn’t have any strong intention to leave or stay, and she hasn’t been talking about it recently, but whether she leaves or not has no impact on her. Her team members are all recruited by herself, and the film and television resources are all connected by herself. Unlike Yang Mi, she does not have any shares to cut off. Same here. I completely agree with u. Even fans in China are also worried for her just like us. But can't blame her. As a person who has been following her since 2017, I know what that crappy useless company Jaywalk did. They are not helping her like a good agent is supposed to do. Look at Bailu, Yz, Esther, and even Song Yi how do they get good scripts but not her because they all have good company supporting them. Not only this in China, you also need to have good capitalist backing, and industry connections which Raba doesn't have. She relies on her strength without any backing, or connection and without her crappy company supporting her. There is a huge competition among actresses for good scripts and resources and if u don't have an industry connection or strong company backing u you're basically at the bottom of the barrel. Dilraba doesn't know in the variety show that the stylist gives and matches the clothes. So where everyone had their clothes ready, Dilraba (who had a fever at that time) had to prepare everything by herself. This was supposed to be provided by her company. The company didn't even give her any guidance nor did they help her in any way. She does everything by herself. So u can imagine what might be going on behind the scenes. This is the company that can throw their artist under the bus. They are just using her as a cash cow.
