Yeah, I usually watch all the shows to the end (if I could make it through Physical Therapy and Bite Me, I can survive anything! 🤣). I just hope the drama I was expecting picks up the pace.

I really wish screen writers and directors and producers would look up mental disorders, particularly the one the give a character, before using it. Praew's behavior isn't particularly bipolar and I wish they would lump all neurotic, irrational behavior under the diagnosis of bipolar.
Normally I am down for this messy show, but this was a meh episode. Nothing happened plot wise or character developement. I need to get to the point that I am rooting for Nine and Daonuea, but they aren't giving what they could have. This episode was intended to show Nine being romantic to Dao, with hopefully Dao being conflicted about his feelings because Nine showed him how much he cared by taking care of him throughout their time in the park. We got a little of that, but not enough
At least not enough to show Nine actively trying to win Dao's heart and certainly none of Dao melting cause Nine was romantic, reminding Dao why he liked Nine to begin with.
I really hope.Tee gets caught cheating next week and that the scene in the scene trailer where Nine is sleeping with Praew is a flashback. I need more story. And honestly I don't care for Boat and Candy. Both annoyed me while Praew was destroying the office. Both should have done more to her to cut it out.

Man, this show would be half way decent if they would kiss right. Like what the heck! They sold us a lemon!

Japan with their top notch BL dramas. It would have been perfect if we had gotten a kiss in the alley way instead the cliche jumping apart scene. I really enjoyed this. Told a wonderful story in a short amount of time. While would have loved if it was like 1 more episode longer with a montage of them living day to day, they gave us a fantastic story in very little time. Also, the OST is amazing and was instantly downloadable.

Definitely Dao, but it's complicated.

This was better than the book. Special shout out to Tong, Bible, Build and Barcode for some Top Notch acting. Watching Tong slowly process his dad's 'death' then watching that mournful cry build up in his chest til it came out was a thing of beauty. That's what true grief looks like. Same for Bible. Seeing that his Dad was gone and seeing that he had well and truly lost everything...he looked like he shattered in that moment. Chef's kiss. Build breaking down watching Vegas get shot and thinking that his reason for happiness was gone. Again, another perfect display of utter grief. Finally, Barcode. I simply cannot wait to see what he does in the future, cause watching him break listening to that song was masterful. It's so hard to believe this is his first role, cause there are seasoned actors who cannot pull that level of emotional range off. All of them displayed why acting is considered a form of art. And that is what this was, art. I know they talked about a Season 2 and I look forward to it. I need more KimChay, VegasPete and TimeTae. And Khun and of course KinnPorsche.
I loved what they did with the mom. In the book she dies and all Porche and Chay get is to see her perserved body. No closure. But everything else is from the book. The tug of war between the uncles for Porsche to pick sides by telling their 'sides' of the story. I like that the boys get something from all those years of trauma, even though it is not perfect. I hope we get more with that storyline. Not a full recovery of memory, but remembering her kids.
All in all, this was a masterpiece. Zero complaints. I just want more. Kudos to the entire staff who made this possible, it was excellent.

This episode had its good and bad points. I do not care this is a show about flawed human beings. I hate cheating, but I can always find away to empathize with someone. Daonuea and Nine just come off as really confused individuals instead of just cheaters. I think Nine stays with Praew because 1) he still loves her the sense that usually when you have loved someone, they will always hold a special place in your heart, even if they did you wrong. Honestly, its why people get so angry at people who hurt you, because you still love them and it makes you angry that you still feel something for them even though they hurt you. Praew is obviously mental unstable cause walked in front of a moving car and got hit. The scars on her are I hope will be addressed, cause as an actress, she wouldn't have those showing (in this character or if these are real scars from the actress playing Praew). I think this is another reason why Nine won't leave her. He feels obligated to stay with her in case she hurts herself or others. I think he initially got back with her to mask the feelings he had for Dao, they seem to be the first time he fell head over heals in love. It was intense, and flawed people run from stuff lile that. Hence the ghosting. But Nine, seeing Dao again, realizes hewants to be with Dao, but with Dao rejecting him over and over again he is kind of keeping Praew around as back up if you will. Does that suck that he is doing that to her, absolutely. But again, he is deeply flawed. And they showed there maybe some family trauma to have cause some of his bad behavior.
Dao also is confused about his feelings. He is also using Tee to mask his feelings for Nine. He literally said, You have to try something to see if it will work. After Nine ghosted him, he didn't want to get hurt anymore, so Tee seems to be the safer bet. But the heart wanta what the heart wants. Hence the scene everyone waa ao bored with, the picture taking scene. I didn't find it boring, but I could see what they were trying to show. Nine was avoiding Dao because rejected him once again and clearly chose Tee. So he gave himself some distance. Dao though sought Nine out just to be near him. It very much a 'I am going to pick on you cause I like you' scenario. They both cannot leave each other alone. Both are in denial about how much they want to be together, well not Nine. He looked blissful with Dao laying on his shoulder.
The bad parts: I like Candy but she needs to pick a side or stay out of it. She flip flopped the whole episode. I get she is friends with both but she is all over the place with her support.
The messy soap opera lover one loved the slap scenes, but maybe it was the translations, but the whole convo made little sense, it was like we were supposed to know previous information about the exboyfriend, but they did not fill us in.
The heimlich scene was a bit annoying, only because 1) he talked and therefore did not need it and 2) who chokes and doesn't need water immediately after. Who helps someone choking and doesn't hand water over for them to drink. Why did it take so long for staff to come over, or any of the patrons to stand up and watch. Heimlichs are scary to watch in person amd it would have had everyone concerned, not annoyed or looking on curiously, so that scene was annoying.
Other than that, I am still hanging in there.

If he hadn't went out of his way and asked for it. I would have just assumed he had already paid for it. What was the purpose of asking for the check then walking out!?!

The actors who play Mangkorn and Ashing are freaking gorgeous that its hard to focus on the story. 🤣 Also Boun is still sex on a stick. The way he carries himself is something else.
I hope they show what Sun is actually good at, cause this job is not for him. 🤣
Its an okay series so far. Not moving fast enough for so few episodes, though. They need to get a move on with the plot.

Its getting a bit better. Yoon was vaguely believable as a mafia this episode, although the 'payback' was lame. What hardened criminal is going to be scared straight by some random blood stains without a body to show where the blood came from?
I wish they had spent sometime showing Kamol explain why he wants Kim so badly. That way, Kim could actually think about it for a time. Even if he is absolutely not interested now, it would be in the back of his mind and give us a reason why he will eventually change his mind.
I need my girl Ging to get a role where she isn't the 'desperate girl who isn't liked by her crush so she becomes and annoying bitch' character. I need her to be comedy relief or let her finally get the guy. cause she is literally playing the same roles overs and over again at this point.
Also, Sammy. I get that she is supposed to be the comedy but I also need her to be a main lead, where she is treated like the beauty she is and has like 5 guys chasing after her. Cause she deserves it!

In 2022. GMMTV has got to do better with these kisses. What was that!?! That scene would have been great if they didn't do that pretend passionate kissing thingy that has been on too many shows. Like just kiss already. Like you would someone you like. GMMTV needs to hold a company wide workshop (maybe even the whole BL genre) lead by P'Aof and P'Nuchy with assistance OffGun leading classes for How To Improve Your Kiss Scenes Over Time and OhmNanon leading the How To Get The Kiss Right The First Time. Cause way to ruin a scene.

I am not sure what the 1 year later was supposed to give us, but if you skip it, you won't be missing out on a thing! Seriously...cringey dancing, like really out of no where cringey dancing.

Again, it least its within the context if their job. I remember the SOTUS days where they would open the fridge and have only the product in there. That is NOT subtle.

Living for the drama! What a mess! A little too many ads in this ep, but they were as subtle as they could get I suppose. Kind of clever masking it in with their line of work.
Proud of Daonuea for standing up to Nine in the beginning when he rough handled him. He is trying to move on from Nine with Tee and while we all know he is using him, and in complete denial of his feelings for Nine, I don't think Dao is intentially trying to hurt Tee. I think he truly wants to get over Nine and sees Tee as a way to jump start the moving on process. I do feel sorry for Tee.
Candy is hilarious and cute and I am digging her and and Nine's friendship. She tries her best to call him on his shit while also being a supportive bestie.
Speaking of besties, even though she calls Praew her bestie, I think its all fake, cause she seems to like Nine better and seems more real with him. I think Praew might be mentally unstable cause she is doing the most right now. Also, are they going to introduce a self harm plot, cause what was that on her arms?
Glad Nine stopped the escort before it went anywhere. I don't think Nine used that service while with Praew, they literally said it had been forever since he called and that he didn't think Nine would ever call again, which says Nine usd that service as a rich single man, then when he got into a relationship, stopped using it. He was in pain, alcohol wasn't fixing it, so he thought sex would. Both Nine and Daonuea are avoiding the isdues, but it would not be a juicy drama without all the messy situations.

I liked it, but at this point with this many series together, I need both pairings to get better at kissing each other and showing affection or just stop acting together. If you are going to act, especially in a romance, there is bound to be a kiss scene. Even Light on Me did better with their kiss scene. These kinds of kisses seen in this series are fine for first series/never acted before, but at this point, especially with as many series as they have each done together, there needs to be improvement. Look at OffGun, they are the perfect example of improving both in acting and in love scenes.
I liked the show, although, I was so irritated when Pierce did not come out when his Mom asked him. While everyone should come out when they are ready, he said he was waiting for a good time. That was it, when she literally asked. Now if Pierce had just been honest with Phoon and said I am not ready yet, then it would be different.

I wasn't expecting to see DunBas, but I am always happy to see them, espcially looking super handsome out of their typical series college uniforms. But I also don't know how this can be continued...
But overall, this was a pretty good series. It was, what I expected.

Subs were bad on iQiy, which made some parts hard to follow, but BounPrem are aready doing what they do best, so I'm sticking with it.

Sigh...at least the mafia plot is somewhat entertaining. But who ever was in charge of the love scenes needs to never work again. Like what was that!? Its a show about BDSM and I have seen better kisses in the series that have accidental kissing! Heck 2gether was steamier than this! Between this and Physical Therapy, it has taught me a much needed lesson. The trailer can be a trick! Also, pay better attention to directors/producers so you remember who to avoid!
